Day dreaming

Chapter 19- Uh oh!

I ignored the phone call. The man walked out even further. I could see his face clearly. Joe. Joe? Joe! I say to myself in my head. I didn't seem too excited as I knew it was probably a dream and I didn't want to embarrass myself.

He walked towards me even more. My hands shivered. I started to tense up even more as the man came closer. What am i supposed to do? What ever it was i had to do it fast.

I grabbed my bags and ran for my life. What if he could hurt me? I kept running down the odd looking alley way. I kept looking around. No way out. I just kept running and running. When would the alley way end?

I turned back again. He was still following me. What have I done?

"I have to stop and catch my breath but the man is still following me! What am I supposed to do?" I say to myself repeating every single word trying to think of a plan.

I take a deep breath in and out again while still running. Maybe I could fight him if he decides to attack?
