After Team 7's first big mission, they had been going on small errand missions. No one complained about it because they were just happy to be doing something other than almost dying. When the team completed their last mission for the day, Kakashi pulled them all aside.
"Okay, tomorrow I want all of you to meet me on the bridge at noon." He said.
"Okay," The team said in unison. Everyone started leaving, but Sakiya wanted to go train. She needed to perfect at least one jutsu. She walked to the training ground where they all first met. She wanted to work on her Earth jutsu first. She had named one of her Earth Jutsu's: Earthquake. Even though it wasn't much, it could still help out on a mission.
She created her hand signs for the jutsu and slammed her hands down on the ground. The ground started to shake and she focused her chakra more. The shaking got hard and the Earth started to open up in front of her, going towards the tree she was focusing on. The crack got bigger and the tree fell down into the hole. She raised her palms up and clasped them together, closing the crack in the ground. When the crack was gone, she released the jutsu. She found that she wasn't as tired as she was when she first did it, but it did take a little out of her.
"Nice job." She turned to see Sasuke.
"How come you never show up unless I'm training?" She asked, smiling. He smirked at her.
"I guess it's just out of habit." He said. Sakiya stood up and looked at him.
"Can I help you with anything?" She said. Sasuke shook his head.
"Nope, I was just walking through." He said. Sakiya looked at him weirdly.
"Your apartment is in the opposite direction of the training grounds. How could you just be passing through?" She asked. She saw a slight blush form on Sasuke's face.
"U-um, I just decided to take a walk and this is where I ended up." He said looking away. Sakiya giggled at him.
"I don't mind, but if you're going to be here then can you help me train?" She asked.
"What do you need help with? It seems that you are doing just fine on your own." He said.
"I know but I feel like I'm using jutsu that requires a lot more chakra than I have." She said to him.
"If you want to gain more chakra, then you have to physically and mentally train." He explained to her. She looked at him
"Okay, how do I do that?" she asked.
"I normally train with Taijutsu and I use the same jutsu over and over again until it gets easier. That way I can move on to bigger jutsu." He told her. That made sense to her. Maybe she needs to focus on one jutsu right now, instead of trying to learn everything at once. She nodded to him.
"Okay then. Want to train with Taijutsu?" She asked him. Sasuke nodded and they got into a fighting stance.
"I'm not going to hold back." He said to her with a smirk on his face. Sakiya smirked back.
"Who said I wanted you to?" She said. Sasuke threw a punch and she dodged it, ducking underneath and throwing a punch towards his stomach. He moved to the left and swung his leg underneath her. He got her, but she did a backflip and landed a few feet away from him.
"Huh, so you are quick." He said mockingly. She laughed.
"Not too bad yourself." She said. They ran at each other and swung, catching each other's hands. Sakiya noticed how close they were and blushed. Sasuke took the opportunity to kick her legs out from under her, taking her to the ground. He held her wrists down.
