Chapter 2

Jadyn's POV

August 5th, 2015

I woke up to my parents screaming, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!"

"Thanks but I AM TRYING TO FREAKING SLEEP!!!" I yelled back.

"Jadyn, it's 6:30 and we have a big surprise for you at 7:00 so get ready," mom said.

Okay...," I said.

I got up and put on my pink floral shirt, short shorts, and my sandals. Then I went to the bathroom and put some basic makeup on. After I was done I went back to my room and it was 6:45 so I went on my phone and went on Instagram and posted a picture of me and put 'Happy birthday to me.'

When I got off of my phone it was 6:59 so I decided to go down stairs to the kitchen to see a note from my parents saying:
'Hey Hun, we went to go get your surprise, we will be back in about 5 minutes.
Love, mom & dad!'

********5 minutes later******

I heard the door unlock and I ran down stairs only to see... my sister Jordyn who is 3 years older than me.

"OMG!! Jordyn," I happily cried.😂 You see, Jordyn is 18 and she moved out a couple months ago to go to Stanford University.

"Hey Jadyn HAPPY BIRTHDAY ," Jordyn yelled.

"Thx," I thanked her.

"So are you having a party?" She asked.

"Ya and I invited a lot of my friends," I answered.

"Cool what time is your party?" She asked me.

"It starts in 2 hours," I answered again.

**********2 hours later***********

"GUESS WHOSE HERE!" Kayla and Hayes yelled at the same time and I laughed.

"Wow you guys are really loud," Jordyn said.

"JORDYN," they yelled excitedly. She laughed and hugged them.

**********Later**************
"It's time for presents," my mom said.

"Yay," everyone said excitedly.

1. Troye Sivan sweatshirt from Delilah.
2. 5sos shirt from Nash.
3. Panic! At The Disco and Fall Out Boy bracelets from Skylynn.
4. Panic! At The Disco shirt from Haley.

7. Fall Out Boy shirt from Emily.
8. A TFIOS phone case from Cameron Dallas. (AKA Kayla's boyfriend)

10. A new camera for YouTube videos from my parents.
"The best gift for last," Hayes and Kayla said. I opened the small box and I saw three pieces of paper and a charm bracelet that said Shawn Mendes. I picked up the three prices of paper and saw it said:

August 6th, 2015
At that point I was crying so hard. "OMG THANKS GUYS!!!" I said to Kayla and Hayes and hugged them so hard they pretended to be chocking and I laughed and let them go.

"You're welcome, we are going to stay at a hotel after the concert because it is going to be late." Hayes said to me.

After all the presents we ate cake and my parents told me they had a surprise for me on the tv. When I went out there I almost cried because I saw Shawn Mendes. My parents hit play and he started singing happy birthday to me by that time I was crying really hard. At the end of the video he said " Happy birthday Jadyn I love you so much hope to see you at my concert on the 6th. Now I was literally freaking out and I hugged my parents really.

Now we were eating cake and Hayes put some frosting on my lips and cheeks and said I looked like the Joker and we both started laughing so hard.

***********9:30pm*************

"Okay kids time to go to bed you have a big day tomorrow," my mom said to me, Hayes, and Kayla. We went up to my room and put some music on and eventually fell asleep.

A/N

I know this is really early but I was sick on Sunday so I got to stay home from school today so I finished the whole chapter.
