"Mommy, what are you and daddy's quirks?" I asked my mother as I walk into the living seeing her on the couch reading a magazine, she puts it down and addresses me, "What makes you ask that sweetie?" "Well, today in class, Ms.Harrison was talking about quirks and that people get them when they're 4 years old" I hold out four of my fingers, ", and I'm already 6, so when will get mine?"

I look at her with sadness written on my face. "Aww sweetness, you'll get your quirk one day, if not there's a possibility that you may be quirkless, and there's nothing wrong with being quirkless. Even mommy's mom is quirkless." "What about you and daddy?" "Well your father has super strength, if he wanted to he could lift our house right off the foundation." She lifts me up and swings me around the living room demonstrating my dad's strength, and to try and get me to lose the frown. "Hehehe mommy wait hahaha" I laugh out.

She puts me down and continues talking, "And I'm able to make myself and small things around me levitate." She picks up again and makes herself levitate, I stare down at the ground I once was on in amazement. I stare back in her face a scream "THAT'S SO COOOOOOL!"

She slowly drifts around our living room "I guess it is a cool quirk, but it makes me very tired if I use it for too long."

We slowly descend back to the couch and she puts me to sit next to her "What about Aito and Quinn, do they have quirks?" I ask "Yeah they do, Aito has my quirk and Quinn inherited your fathers' quirk. In the future, they can be great heroes if they train hard enough, and if not I'll support them and you in any other careers you guys may have."

She booped my nose as she got up and I giggled "Now enough talk about quirks, we have to wash your hair."

My face dropped as those words left her mouth, I tried to run but she grabbed me before my feet got the chance to hit the floor. I hate doing my hair it hurts a lot and my mother is heavy-handed. I sighed because I knew I couldn't escape her grasp and I have to endure what's to come so I might as well accept my fate with open arms. My mother laughs at my dramatic deflated expression as we head into the bathroom.

(A comb and two broken hair bubbles later)

By the time my mother finished my hair my brothers came home from school, I had half a day because the teachers had a meeting. I greeted both of them at the door with a hug, happy to see them after the hell I had to endure earlier.

"How was your day Lil sis?" Aito asked me as he and Quinn take off their shoes "I had a good day until..." I stopped and look back at my mother and shuddered "until mom had to do my hair." They both giggled at my reaction. Mom was taking them to get a haircut today, I wonder what the occasion is.

After they took off their uniforms we got ready to leave.

(Time skip)

When we came back home my mother got me and my other siblings dressed, I'm now sitting on the living room couch in a light blue poofy dress, socks with ruffles on them and white shiny shoes, and next to me are brothers and their outfits are kind of similar. They're both wearing white polo shirts but, Aito's wearing a black cardigan while Quinn is wearing a light blue one that matches my dress. They both had a nice pair of black dress slacks on and black shiny shoes.

My mother walks out of her and my fathers' bedroom wearing light make-up, a black, white, and blue body con dress with black heels and her hair slightly curled. She looks good for an Asian woman in her mid 30's. I wonder where we're going looking all fancy.

Our mother gets us settled into our car as she begins to drive for what feels like hours and we end up banquet hall. I wonder what we are here for, I don't remember my mother mentioning we were going somewhere. We get out of the car and make our way up to the front door. Now we wait, for what, I can't tell you.

I've been staring at my shiny shoes for about 5 minutes when something tells me to look up, and as I look up I see my father walking in wearing his Army service uniform. And I get this buzzing feeling, that I've never felt before, wash over me. I shake it off as I run towards him to engulf him in a hug. I haven't seen him for almost a year and a half.

"Daddy!" I scream as he lifts me up effortlessly to hug me back "(N/n)!" He exclaimed my nickname, my brothers and my mom walk up to hug my father. Eventually, he puts me down to engulf my mother with a proper hug with an additional kiss that I and my brothers shield our eyes from, and we make our way to our table.

Apparently, this is a welcome back party for my father and some of his friends from the army, they're getting a half-year-long vacation because of how well they all worked and one of his friends' families are hosting it.

This means I get to spend more time with him before he has to go back. I think to myself, getting happy from the thought of bonding with my father, and the buzzing feeling returns again briefly. 'Why does that keep happening' I thought to myself brushing it off again to enjoy the party.

I ended up staying by my mother's side the whole night because there was no one here that's around my age, and then again I wouldn't be the one to go up to them, I would probably just wait to be approached first.

I sigh as I look over at my brothers having fun with their new friends, 'When are we going home' I thought to myself looking back down at my shiny shoes admiring how they still shined in this dimly lit room.

My father looks over to me and asks "What's wrong princess?" As he takes me out of my mother's arms to sit on the edge of his leg "I'm boooored" I whine "Well we can't have that now, can we?" He gets up from his seat and makes his way to the dance floor with me in his arms and he begins to spin making me a giggling mess, "There's that smile" now tossing me in the air, careful not to go overboard and send me through the roof,  but high enough to make my mother's heart drop to her stomach, in fear that he won't be able to catch me. She sighs in remembrance that if that were to happen she would be able to slow my fall with her quirk, though it might drain her.

My father sets me back down on my feet and begins to do silly dance moves to the beat of the music successfully making me bust out laughing, I soon follow his movements and we ended bringing other people out of their seats and on to the dance floor. The buzzing feeling returned, this time a little stronger, making me feel giddier than I already am, it felt like I had energy that I could run on for days, but after a minute, the buzzing left again, and this time making me feel tired.

"Daddy I'm tired." I pulled on his pants leg to snap him out of his two-stepping groove. He picks me up and sets me back in the chair my mother was once sitting in, and not too far behind him my mother reappears to see how her tired daughter was doing. And next thing you know I'm out cold.
