Chapter 5: Phone calls from gods (oh gods)

(A/N): This is sort of a filler chapter, but I think it's still good enough to post and contributes to the story. This is also needed because it come into play with the next chapter or so

(Y/N)'s POV

I was relaxing in my room reading when I got an Iris Message from someone I answered and saw that it was my dad. Wanting to check on me and to make sure I was fine, I filled him in on what's been happening and that I need to tell the avengers about being a demigod because of my skills. He agreed but told me to do it at the end of the weekend it was only the beginning so that sucks, but I'll get through it. Dad looked nervous also and a bit preoccupied, but I sort of ignored it. I swiped through the Iris Message and ran out of my room

"Steve!" I called out grabbing my shoes, "Wanna grab lunch?"

"Sure (Y/N) can we invite the others also?" he asked walking into the room

"Hell yeah!" I exclaim, "Jarvis please alert the others to get ready to head out to lunch please"

"Right away" Jarvis replied

Everyone came and we went to a pizza place me and Percy used to go to a lot, that's when I got a flashback thinking about Percy and me. I excused myself and ran to the bathroom and held the bracelet he gave me and that I added to, to my heart and cried softly. Once I was finished and made myself presentable again, I left and went to sit back down.

"You okay (Y/N)? why did you leave so fast?" Steve asked me quietly

"I just had a flashback, from my PTSD, it's okay" I said giving him a smile the only smile I can manage any more is with around them. We got our food, ate, and laughed a lot it was fun, but I had to head home well to the stark towers I guess that is one of my homes now. I ran to my room and sat on my bed when I got back fiddling with my bracelet when Thor came in and sat down next to me.

"Thinking about the others?" He asked

"Yeah, every day I just don't want to forget them that's the thing" I replied

"I understand maybe you should tell me what they were like so I can help you remember" Thor stated

I giggled and replied "yeah so this charm is for Percy..."

------Time skip until after--------------

I was sitting at the table eating dinner with everyone else when my monster proof phone started ringing and it started blasting my ringtone (F/S) (favorite song) and I immediately turned red from embarrassment. I answered and was greeted by none other than Zeus himself. I excused myself from dinner and went to my room to talk to him.

"Hello lord Zeus" I said politely even though I didn't want to be.

"Hello, (Y/N) it has come to my attention that we haven't gifted you and Thalia your wishes for winning the battle of Gaea, as you know you had contributed a lot of effort and force in the battle." He informed me.

"Well I really didn't do much in the battle it was all my friends I did hardly anything" I corrected

"Nonsense you are the hero who killed Gaea, mother earth herself!" Zeus said extravagantly.

"Alright, okay, but when do you need me to come up to Olympus for those wishes" I asked my tone turning serious.

"I was thinking within the next 2 days possibly, well if that is available for you?" he said

"Alright that works for me, and can you tell Poseidon I miss his son a lot and I hope he's doing okay, as well as yours too sir" I said

"Yes, that can be done" he replied

I hung up and headed back out to the kitchen table and sitting down sighing, continuing to eat my food. A small smile had graced my face after that call seeing as the gods had not forgotten about honoring the demigod survivors. This was going to be a long week

"What's got you smiling?" Clint asked

"Nothing" I said with a sly smile

"Pleaseeeee tell us" Steve pleading with the face of a kicked puppy

"I just got a phone call for something I need to go to in about 2 days and I'm excited that's all" I answered giggling at Steve's face.

"Well we have some news for you also" Tony declared

"What is it?" I said curiously

"You're going to school" Bruce blurted out

"What!" I screamed, "I can't go to school!"

"Well since you just turned 17 you need to go to school because you missed out a lot of it while you were doing other things, so you'll be in Senior year with a few friends of ours" Tony explained

"Fine, what school am I going to" I groaned and slammed my head on the table

"Midtown High" Natasha replied

"Okay, well I'm going to bed, night guys" I mumbled before walking down the hall and collapsing on my bed and immediately falling asleep.
