A few more days passed, and the rest of the students returned to Hogwarts.

After the break, quidditch started back up again. "Are you excited?" Lucy asked Draco as he was huddled by the fire the morning of their match against Hufflepuff.

"I am, actually." He responded, smiling to himself.

Lucy watched him for a few moments before he straightened up. "Alright, I'm going to head down there, I'll see you after." Draco said to Lucy before heading out of the common room.

"Good luck!" Tina called out to him after he disappeared. Lucy shook her head at her.

"Come on, let's get our coats and head to the stands." Lucy said, motioning to their dorm upstairs.

Lucy and Tina emerged from the castle and were met with a cold gush of wind. Snow was falling as they headed down to the stadium to watch the quidditch match. She wore black dress pants and black boots, as the ground became wetter.

As they reached the stadium, there wasn't as many students around as normal, probably due to the crazy weather conditions, but Lucy and Tina still almost struggled to find a seat in the stands.

"Well hello." A voice echoed beside her. Lucy shot a look to her right and sighed to herself as she realised she was seated next to Theo.

"Hi." She replied, focusing on the field, though she could hardly see anything. She could feel Theo watching her and rolled her eyes at him as the game began.

"Gosh I don't know how they can see anything out there!" Tina exclaimed over the howling wind. Lucy struggled watching as the snow mixed in with the rough wind flung around her, blurring her vision.

It was almost becoming unbearable to sit through as the game was nearing its end, Lucy watched as best she could as Draco flew up well above the stands and yanked down what she could only guess was the Golden Snitch.

"He got it!" Tina yelled excitedly as she overheard Jordan announcing that because of Draco, Slytherin had won the match.

"Come on, let's get out of here." Lucy shivered, getting to her feet quickly and hurrying out of the stands.

As they reached the castle they watched as a lot of the other students rushed inside to keep warm too.

Lucy and Tina made their way back to the Slytherin common room and quickly found a spot in front of the fire as the quidditch boys erupted into the room, bustling with excitement from their victory. The other students who were in the common room cheered on for them as they eventually dispersed, and Draco spotted Lucy sitting by the fire.

"Hey, good job today. You played well." She quietly said to him as he walked over.

"Thanks." He said, smiling.

"You did awesome!" Tina added, smiling and fluttering her eyelashes at him. Draco hardly noticed and instead excused himself to go shower and change.

"See?" Tina exclaimed after he had gone upstairs.

"What?" Lucy asking, frowning.

"He really doesn't notice me." She sighed, disappointingly.

"He does, I'm sure he's just knackered today." Lucy sympathetically shrugged and continued warming her hands in front of the fire.

"Anyway, let's talk my favourite time of the year because it's quickly creeping up." Tina said, relaxing in front of the fire.

"What's that?" Lucy asked, oblivious.

"The end of year dance!" Tina exclaimed, nudging Lucy on her shoulder.

"Oh right." She responded, shaking her head at Tina. "Let's talk more about it tomorrow." Lucy quickly added, enjoying the warmth from the fire before her.
