The Prince's Secret

           Melony's Pov

     I cant help but wonder where he is taking me. Goodness I am so excited to see he said it was his favorite spot and that he has never shown anyone else. I cant help but wonder why me. As if reading my thoughts he says"I know we just met but I feel like your different, you dont care if you are the one or not you strive to please others." I sort of understand what he is saying so I answer back to the best of my abilities.

            "No I dont I just want others to be happy I dont strive to make them happy I try to, and I think I like you I don't know how but I feel alive when I'm near you" I reply to him. I blush after saying that and look away from him so he can't see my face. Apparently he had a different idea because he lifted up my chin so I could see his face. He looked nervous and excited at the same time why I don't know.

            "I feel the same way about you, hey look we're here, so do y-you l-l-like it I c-can take you s-somewhere else i-if you w-want" he says while scratching the back of his neck and blushing. I dont think I realized how handsome he is right now and he has dimples. I really need to stop thinking about him like that besides I doubt he even likes me like that.

             As I look around I can't help but think this is beautiful its a meadow in the woods with a stream and a beautiful waterfall. I can see he is even more nervous due to the fact I haven't said anything."No its amazing i've never seen anything this beautiful before"I manage to get out. I really have never seen anything this beautiful its just amazing.

             I can see him let out a breath and mutter "thank goodness" then he looks at me and says "Im glad you like it I was hoping you would." Then he starts to look all nervous again and says "So would you like to go on another date with m-me t-tomorrow I mean that i-is if y-you consider this...." but I cut him off before he has the chance to say anything else.

            "I would love to go on a date with you tomorrow Andrew and I would love to consider this a date" I say. I blush and look down hoping he is OK with what I said. I hear him let out a chuckle and I look up at him with a glare. This causes him to quickly holds up his hands in a surrender motion I can help but bust out laughing at him. After I finish laughing like a mad women at him we continue our conversation we were having before our silly but cute moment.

            "I would love that too, are you ready to go back to the castle before they send out search teams" he jokes. I giggle what can I say that was pretty funny. But I'm pretty sure it was a joke because they might actually do that. I can't tell though so I put a little bounce in my step so we go faster.

            When we get to the castle Andrew walks me to my room and I say goodnight and he says "Goodnight I will see you at breakfast tomorrow Melony." With that he turns around and walks away. I watch him walk down the hallway and disappear before going in my room and flopping down on my bed. I lay there thinking for a few minutes about how can someone like him even look at someone like me. I mean I'm so boring and he lives in a castle he is rich and handsome and I'm a work alcoholic. But I had so much fun with Andrew and I can't wait for tomorrow. I finally decide to go to bed letting sleep wash over me and the last thing I think about is Prince Andrew and how I was also the first girl to meet the Prince.
