• MARY •
"Hey honey, you're gonna be late for school." My mom spoke, the door creaking open just enough to spot her joyful face.
"But Mum... I don't feel so good." I mumbled, hearing feet shuffle closer to me. I then felt her soft hands on my forehead.
I peeked at her frown, she muttered something before replying with a smile. "Alright hun, but if you get better today, you'll have to attend school tomorrow." She then walked off to continue the undone.
"Thanks mum!" I shouted loudly to my mum.
I sighed before flopping back down onto my comfortable bed. "What to do. What to do." I murmured. I scrunched up my forehead, searching for any ideas. And then I remembered possibly the most annoying thing in the world... Homework.
My worst enemy beside stairs.
I'll do it later, first i'll need to shower and then i'll stuff my face with what i'm craving for, food! I groaned and sniffled once again.
// Two Hours Later //
After two hours of hibernation, I thought that it was time to take a shower and to start the day since it just hit ten in the morning.
Hopping out of the bed and immediately missing the relaxation, I sauntered to the bathroom door beside my bed and grabbed a towel before stripping off my pyjamas.
Immediately, a wolf whistle was heard from the window which caused my head to automatically snap towards it. There stood a smirking Ace, eyeing me from head to toe.
"Excuse me, do you mind?" I crossed my arms over my top, walking to the window to put down the curtains.
"Nope, not really..."
"Well, I do.. Now shoo, and why aren't you at school?"
"Hello. I always ditch school on Friday, duh!" He said as if it was obvious. I rolled my eyes.
"Kay, well i'm going to go shower..." I jerked my thumb behind me and shot him a sarcastic smile before walking back to the bathroom.
"Oh and Mary?" I turned to look at him to understand what he wanted to say, "Nice ass."
"Unbelievable." Was the last word I said before slamming the door shut.
* * * * *
After the soothing shower, I hopped into some lazy looking clothes since I was almost sure i'd be spending all my time snoring away. But of course... I was wrong. I actually had tons of work to do including the math assignment, and by the looks of it, I wouldn't be able to complete all of 'em due to Ace's annoying self. He frustrated me to the point where I had to stick earplugs into my ear, not actually helping the situation.
I heard a fumbling strange noise coming from behind me which made me whip my head to it. Not to my surprise, Ace scrambled into my room.
"What do you want? I have loads of homework to do and you're not making any of it easier!" I sighed.
SNAP!
I realised I spaced out when Ace all of the sudden appeared all up in my space with his huge fingers, I mean excuse me but has anyone ever told you about 'The Personal Bubble'? The bubble screams DO NOT DISTURB!
"Mary!" He yelled to get my attention on track once again.
I shook my head and faced him. "Okay, okay, okay. What did you want?"
