The smell of stale beer and sticky floors made up Kelly's. A southern bar in the suburbs of Corsicana, Texas. it was a relatively small town so the bar was filled with people- ranging from athletes at the local Navarro college, or people in town for the senator's debate.

Leaning against the copper metal bar top, there was a man with long dark brown hair and a devilish smirk. His head was topped with a snapback from one of the local sports teams- probably the dallas cowboys or maybe even the dallas stars.

As he raised a warm brown coloured beer to his lips, his eyes caught onto a particular woman sitting at the edge of the bar, long brown hair and curves that god took his sweet time making. swallowing down the barley and hop drink, his let out a satisfied sigh and cleared his throat- "Jimmy! whats the chick at the end of the bar drinking?" he called the bartender over and nudged his head towards the mysterious woman.

Just as the man turned back to the brunette, he found that she was gone- his smile immediately dropping as he looked around like a lost puppy dog.

"Why don't you ask her yourself?" a soft and sultry voice spoke- when the man turned around again, he fixed his snapback, looking at the woman who was now leaning against the bar right next to him, her chest tastefully being shown off by the slightly dipping neckline of her t-shirt.

The man hated to admit it, but he was flustered- his cocky expression had been wiped off his face in the matter of seconds because of this girl. He liked it. It was easy to say that they were probably the best looking in the bar, Not to disrespect anyone else from corsicana, but there was just something about the pair that had people watching them all night- Watching as the sassy lady waved down the bartender, he couldn't help but let his gaze travel down her figure- she was perfect, her frame was everything he could ever want. The right amount of curve, the right amount of softness and muscle- she was beautiful and she knew it.

"Bourbon on the rocks please jimmy" she passed a paper bill over and immediately the man shook his head. "Tyler's got this one." He raised the bottle of bourbon in the air and winked at Tyler, Sighing in relief, Tyler silently thanked his friend- at least now he had an excuse to talk to this girl.

Once the short glass was set in front of her, the woman smiled and raised it up- clinking her glass with Tyler's beer bottle. "Cheers Tyler..." she spoke his name slowly, almost as if she was testing it out and seeing if it fit.

Tyler moved a bit closer and tilted his head, an adorable little smile spreading across his lips. He scratched the scrubbier of his beard and took a swig before clearing his throat. "So do I get to know your name? Or am I just paying for your drink?" He asked.

The girl brushed her hair over her shoulders, the long loose waves cascading down her back as she did so. This woman was unlike anything Tyler had ever seen- she wasn't throwing herself at him like he expected, she wasn't struggling to drink the strong alcohol in her glass- she was confident and sure of herself, in all the best ways without being a bitch. "My name is Cassidy" she spoke.

Shaking his head, Tyler chuckled. "You dont look like a Cassidy." He called her out, noticing the girl become flustered, he was relieved. At least now he could at least try to take control of the situation- even though they were both trying to dominate the environment.

The way the girl shrugged her shoulders showed that she didn't really mind being caught in a lie. "Well- I dont think you need to know my name if you're only going to be with me for the night." She stood up and put her glass down, walking out towards the dance floor where many other people were already getting onto the music playing loud through the speakers of the bar. Now that she was a bit farther away from Tyler, he could see her a bit better- denim jeans and white sneakers with a t-shirt- it was extremely casual, but she looked great.
