Hammond fell to the ground in pain, which allowed the scarecrow to land another lethal blow at Hammond, the whip turned to a pointed spear and the scarecrow attempted an attack at Hammond's heart. The spear pierced Hammond's heart, his screams echoed, blood came out of his chest, his cloths were filled with blood, he felled to the ground in pain. The scarecrow looked at him with an evil grin. The scarecrow was ready to kill Hammond but Hammond started chanting something. Suddenly the Hammond who was dying stood on his feet, his body became bigger, his eyes became white, his teeth were long like that of a beast, he roared and attacked the scarecrow, the scarecrow went flying into the forest. The scarecrow was shocked at what had happened, although it felt no pain. It stood right back up and changed itself into a more, bigger version of him. It had stronger and thicker arms and legs, a bigger body, and more strength. The scarecrow then ran towards Hammond and punched Hammond in the gut, which sent him flying a few feet away. The two beasts fought each other blow after blow, the scarecrow was invincible but Hammond was wearing down after every blow. The scarecrow then caught Hammond's sword and with a strong swing severed his head from his body. Hammond's body felled to the ground, his head a few feet away. Hammond's body and head turned to normal. The scarecrow was looking at Hammond's lifeless body suddenly Ben attacked it from behind, he had cut off an arm of the scarecrow, and picked it up. The scarecrow healed and started walking towards Ben. A mysterious figure appeared in a hood. It launched a fireball at the scarecrow. The fireball hit the scarecrow on its shoulder. The scarecrow screamed in pain, and he ran away from there. Ben followed it but the scarecrow was too fast for him. The mysterious figure said "so, you have turned to darkness, too bad for you." Ben came back and handed over the Hay arm to the man in the hood. The man in the hood was none other than the young Master of the mansion, who ordered Ben to burn Hammond's body, and walked into the mansion. The scarecrow came back to Damon's house, the fire was extinguished but it was in a lot of pain, it transformed back into Damon. He had a very big burn mark on his shoulder. His flesh was burned, Damon poured water on it but the burn wasn't going away. He fell down and passed out due to the pain. Damon woke up in the morning, the pain was gone but the mark was still there, he didn't understand what happened last night. He asked the scarecrow about the boy who turned into a beast, the scarecrow said it had no idea who that was, but they knew one thing, fire was dangerous. Damon got up from the floor, he took a bath, changed his cloths, and prepared his breakfast. As he was about to eat someone knocked at the door. Damon went to see; it was Uncle Ricky. Damon opened the door and Uncle Ricky came directly inside, which made Damon agitated. As he was about to scold Uncle Ricky he was interrupted by Ricky "Where is it? How did you get it? Its ok, kid I know." These words made Damon confused, he asked "Wha...what are you talking about...? Clearly Uncle Ricky knew something but what? Wondered Damon. Uncle Ricky told Damon to sit down and listen to him. He said "The day your brother died; you punched the floor near the mine. After you left there were cracks on the floor there, no one except for me noticed it. After that I have been watching you from afar. I know you have a secret, and I know what it is." After hearing Damon was shocked and afraid, he thought Uncle Ricky might have told some one else and his plan will be ruined, his identity will be revealed. As Damon was about to speak Uncle Ricky continued "I have not told anyone about this, I swear. Kid you don't know what you have gotten yourself into, this power that you think is a gift is actually a curse, it's a demon inside you that's changing you into something it wants you to be, not who you are. Your brother loved you and I love you too, you are a good person, you have to take control Damon." Uncle Ricky wasn't even finished when Damon got up and grabbed Ricky by the collar and lift him up "listen you old creep, I told you before you don't have to worry about me, I can take care of myself and I will leave this town behind. Now if you told anyone about my matter, I will kill you in such a way that no one will even find your dead body." Damon pushed Uncle Ricky back and told him to leave. Poor Uncle Ricky left, he was in state of shock and despair, he knew he had to help Damon, but at that moment it was better to leave. After Uncle Ricky left Damon asked the scarecrow about all that Uncle Ricky explained, the scarecrow answered "He is lying. He is jealous of you, he has seen what this power can accomplish, and wants to take it for himself. You should get rid of him too, he might reveal your secret to the whole town, and your enemies at the mansion too." Damon said in a furious voice "enough!" the scarecrow became silent. It knew that Damon won't kill Uncle Ricky as he still had good in him. Back at the mansion Hammond's body was burned in the middle of the forest. William his wife Gloria and Ben were present there. They were mourning but weren't crying. They were angry but couldn't do anything as the true identity of the Scarecrow was still unknown. When they returned to the mansion the young master was waiting for them. He tapped William's shoulder and said "We will find that scarecrow and end him, for Hammond and our secret. As it is important that our secret remains hidden. Send word to Bradshaw to be vigilant and keep an eye out for mysterious activities in the town." William nodded and kissed the hand of the young master.
