"Brooklyn Macy Summer!" My adopted mom called. Oh god, what did I do now. This time I really don't know what I did.
"Coming!" I yelled downstairs. I ran out of my room, closed the door gently so I didn't make a big sound, and ran downstairs. "Yes Mom?" I asked.
"I have a surprise!" She told me.
"I thought I was in trouble!" I said laughing.
"You're not!" she said laughing. I get in trouble a lot. Detention, Suspensions, all that stuff.
"What's the surprise?!?" I asked.
"Well we don't have it yet, but for your 16th birthday... WERE GETTING YOU THE CAR YOU WANT!!!" She said excitedly.
"OH MY GOD ARE YOU SERIOUS!!" I yelled. I'm getting a car! Wait. I need a license. I have a permit but not a license yet.
"As long as your good until Brittany and your birthday you'll get your car!" My mom said. Brittany and I have our birthday on the same day. When I get my car, her birthday present from me this year is me getting to drive her anywhere.
