Katie woke up to the sunlight, she was still wrapped up in the blankets Wendy had tucked her into the night prior. She looked over to the bed and saw Wendy and her dad wrapped in eachothers arms as they slept
The little girl climbed off the comfy couch and walked over to the bed
She crawled onto Wendys side and layed down by her stomach, Wendy was still fast asleep, Katie moved her fathers hand away from Wendys belly and placed hers there
"Goodmorning baby" she whispered and pressed a little kiss to the spot she was talking to earning a little nudge to her hand
Wendy had felt the nudge obviously. And opened her eyes to see a cute little girl whispering to her baby bump
Wendy didn't say anything, she just enjoyed the moment listening in as Katie talked and talked. Not once did the girl notice she was awake not untill Wendy placed her hand ontop of Katies "Morning munchkin" she said groggily
Katie jumped slightly embarrassed that Wendy caught her "Sorry Wennie" she tried crawling out of the bed
Wendy frowned but grabbed the girl and layed her back down beside her earning little giggles "Dont be sorry, the baby loves to be talked to"
Katie giggles "How can a baby fit in dere?" She points
"Well the babys growing, my belly will get much bigger when they grow"
Katie nodded
Wendy sat up a little "Comeon we can make breakfast" Katie wanted to be carried so she got carried
Freya and Joanna were in the kitchen laughing, when Wendy came down the stairs with a little girl straped on her hip they were both smiling
Freya looked at them then back at her mother and they gave eachother a 'shes in love' look
"Hey guys" Wendy said making it down the last step
"Hi" Joanna smiled "I was just about to make pancakes" she said to the little girl
Katie smiled as she shyly hid her face in Wendys side
Wendy chuckled "Oh Katie" she shifted the girl in her arms so they were face to face "Dont be shy," she turned so the girl could see Joanna "This is my sister Joanna, Shes just like me but im cooler" she smiled
Joanna rolled her eyes "I wont bite I promise"
Katie seemed more comfortable so Wendy shifted so she could see Freya "This is Freya, my niece, shes really good at making root beer floats and shes super funny and sassy like you"
Freya waved with a smile
Katie gigled
Joanna begun the pancakes while Freya, Wendy and Katie sat at the table asking Katie questions about herself
