Wendy spent the rest of her day unpacking the last of the boxes
Their house was a sweet family home, it had nilla colored walls and there were a bunch of dark accents throughout the home
It was a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a back yard. And a garden. A perfect place to bring up two children
As Wendy was finishing up she glanced at the wall realizing that Tommy would be home with Katie so they could leave and go to his mothers for dinner
She got ready as fast as she could wearing a dark purple tanktop the made her belly pop even more, over that she put a flowy grean cardigan that went down to her calves, leggings and brown boots that went to her knee
Just as Wendy was finishing by putting on her jewelry Tommy walked in the room whistling at her as she turned around "damn babe you are hot as hell"
Wendy bit her lip "Well knowing how hot hell actually is, im flattered" she winked
Katie came running threw their bedroom door very hiper and latching onto Wendys leg "Hi Wenie" She kissed her bump "Hi Baby" she let go "daddy said I could take toys to grandmas house" she jumped up and down before running out of the room to hers
The two adults laughed "I think shes excited"
Tommy chuckled "Yeah, well she hasn't seen her grandma for about a year"
Wendy sighed before cupping her stomach and looked down "Im nervous" she said quietly
Tommy went to her and grabbed her arms "Don't be, My mom is a sweetheart once you get to know her"
Wendy squinted her eyes at him "Oh yeah, because when you first told her about me and the baby over the phone, she surely did not give of a sweetheart kind of vibe"
"shes just not happy that I got you pregnant before she could meet you" Tommy explained
Wendy sighed and went over to the closet to grab her purse "Yeah and she probably thinks im some sort of whore!"
Tommy rolled his eyes "Wendy Beauchamp when have you been one to care what people thought of you"
Wendy huffed "When im 8 months pregnant and meeting my boyfriends mother for the first time!"
Tommy rolled his eyes playfully receiving a smack to the chest from Wendy
They laughed and walked out the bedroom door
There they were a happy family standing infront of a very fancy door that belonged to Tommys very wealthy mother
Tommy rang the door bell and within seconds you could hear footsteps approaching from inside
Wendy squeezed Tommys hand anxiously
When the door opened, a woman dressed in a tight burgundy skirt with a matching blouse appeared. She immediately hugged her son tightly "Oh Boy have I missed you"
