Tommy heard knocking at his door he just dropped Katie off at school so he wasn't expecting anyone
when he opened he saw his girlfriend "Babe what suprise" he moved to the side allowing her to come in
"Tommy we need to talk" Wendy said as she stepped inside
His heart stopped he has heard that sentence before and it always ended up the same way "are you breaking up with me? What did I do wroung ... did I do somthing wrong-"
"Tommy-" she tried to stop him but he kept blubbering
"I'm sorry for what ever I did, was it when I stole some of your mac n' cheese... I know you dont like to share food but I was just kiddin-"
She knew Tommy was going to go on and on so she just had to say it. Completely throwing the speech she prepared out the window she ripped the bandage off "IM PREGNANT!" She shouted over him making his mouth drop
He fell to his knees in shock
Wendy got to the floor with him and gripped onto his shoulder "I'm sorry, I know it's wasn't planned" she pleaded softly
It took him a second but he cupped her face and knowticed the few tears beginning to fall from her eyes "Pregnant. Your pregnant? With a- a baby? Our baby?"
"Yea" she croaked
He brought her to a soft long kiss and and wrapped his arms completely around her body "how long have you known?" He asked wiping her tear
She combed through his hair with her fingers "A few days" she chuckled "Freya made me go to the doctor because I was 'sick' and that's when I found out"
He pulled her into another hug
Her smile faded as she remembered the other news that day prior, she wanted to tell him about the disease but she didnt want to ruin the moment
"Hey Tommy I have an ultrasound in 30 mins, come with me please" she pulled back from him struggling to get up because of her high heels
Tommy help her up "of course babe"
About an hour later they were both back in the car driving, Wendy was staring at the sonogram of their baby
Tommy looked over as they hit a red light "your adorable you know that?"
Wendy looked over at him "me? I think you mean this little miracle" Wemdy looked back at the photo and held her stomach
Tommy let his hand rest on her thigh "I can believe you already 2 months"
Wendy chuckled "me either,.... are you sure you want this Tommy"
Tommy looked over "the baby?" She shook her head "of course I want this, its everything I've ever wanted"
Wendy turned her body towards him and looked down and looked down at the photo in her lap "I- I... nevermind"
Tommy pulled off the the side of the road and turned to his girlfriend "Baby tell me"
Wendy kept her face down to avoid Tommy's eyes "I'm, I'm just scared" her voice cracked "Katie.... what if she hat-es me after we tell her, and I-Ingrid" she threw her hands up in the air "she'll think I'm stealing h-her spotlight and-" Tommy cut Wendy off
"Ingrid? Is she pregnant to?" He asked
We.dy dug her face in her hands "yeah" Wendy went on and on. Tommy wanted to let her finish her rant so he knew how she felt
"Are you done?" He asked when she stopped talking
"I guess so... theres just so many things going on in my head and I'm crying over shit that I would never cry over" she huffed
Tommy grabbed her hand it was his time to reassure her that everything was going to be okay "Babe, your crying because your pregnant, your hormones are going to settle down soon and Katie is 6 she'll be happy and if she isn't right away then, everyone will be happy okay" he pulled her into a hug "but most importantly we'll be happy ... Wendy were having a baby and that's amazing"
"Yea... I never thought I'd ever have kids" she chuckled through her last tears "Oh I almost forgot we have a family dinner tommorow night we have to attend to"
Tommy smiled "Was I invited? You said it's a family dinner?"
Wendy sat up and straddled him in the driver's seat "Your coming... plus Freyas bringing Killian" she leaned down and whisper in his ear "I should have the right to bring my baby daddy to my family dinner" she giggled sending chills down his spine
Tommy rubbed her back up and down as she kissed his neck "Baby daddy... I like the sound of that" he pulled he back to face her "when are we going to tell everyone... I mean Freya knows shouldn't everyone else?"
"Actually... I don't want to tell Joanna right away. . .she'll be breathing down my neck the second she finds out so the later she knows the better"
Tommy raised his eyebrows "so you wanna hide your pregnancy?" She nods "Wendy your already 2 mouths along, don't you think it's gonna be hard to hide when your belly begins to grow?"
Wendy cupped his cheeks "yes but we can keep it secret for as long as possible" she paused "only you, Freya and I know so we can keep it secret for at least 2 more months" she leaned back to his ear "can you do that for your baby mama?"
Tommy laughed then kissed her "I can do everything for my baby mama"
