Cat's P.O.V

"Get off you butt! I hate being tickled!" I yell as i kick him. He takes some of the paint i found and splatters pink on me. "Well I'm changing before the party." I stick my tongue out at him as he falls off and i run upstairs to get ready and leave him with the mess.

I straighten my hair, put on a black pencil dress with lace long sleeves. I put on red heels. I also do a black smokey eye, put on my mascara and nude lipstick.

I hear all the boys laughing downstairs and look at the time. Well when they put it on their twitter and face books they said 9:30 its 8:30 now. I walk down the stairs and everyone looks my way. I hear a few whistles and I laugh. I twirl and do a strut to the couch. "Hey bitches." I plop down beside Cam. "You look great." He kisses my cheek. I look at Nash. "Your boyfriend is cheating on you. He just kissed me." We all start to laugh.

All of them are ready and everything is set up how we want it. "Matt. You didn't clean up the neon paint. You made it worse." I look around as i just noticed its not splattered all over the walls. "Yea, but just imagine. Its glow in the dark and when we turn off the lights its gonna look sick." He smirks. Wow, never thought of that. I nod. "Good thinking." I stand up and walk over to the speaker and plug in my phone.

Theres speakers all around the house so it goes pretty loud. We still have like a half an hour. I turn on some music and run over to Matt and grab his hands. We dance around jokingly waiting for people to arrive.

We hear the door open and people start pouring in. "0 - 100 real quick" he laughs as he looks at the people. I hear screams and look towards the door. I see Chloe, Aly, Millie and Breanne. They all run towards me. "Why are you guys here?" I hug them all. "Our tour is over. We went to Aly's house and all got ready so we could surprise you." Breanne squeals.
