So I'm putting this here because I will likely be using some of these terms but now some of those who know as much as this as I do will notice that I made some similar things just one term so its easier to understand and write
So the hilt of the katana or where you hold it is called the tsuka
The sheathe where the katana is kept when it's not being used is called the saya
The guard of the katana or the square part between the blade and the tsuka is called the tsuba
The small piece of rope attached to a katana is called the sageo
That's the basics of it I will later add pictures of my own katana with these to make it a bit easier to understand
