"Eomma, I will be staying with Appa next week."

"Do you want me to take you to Hera Palace?"

"You'd be going with me?"

Eunbyeol smiled widely at the thought of her parents meeting again, as she looked at her mother expectantly. Seojin was at lost for words, avoiding her daughter's hopeful eyes. She does not desire to meet her ex-husband, yet she can't easily turn down and crush her daughters happiness.

"Fine. But, only because you wanted to."

Eunbyeol cheered and hugged her mother, before she headed outside the office and back to her classroom. Seojin sighed, already anticipating an awkward meeting with Yoonchul later on.

"Director Cheon."

"Mr. Ma, what is it?"

"The files of the transfer student has arrived, along with her Achievements in singing competitions."

Seojin took the folder from the teachers grasp, scanning it intently. The last folder caught her attention, so she decided to check it and was shock to see what was imprinted on the paper.

"She won a National Competition?"

"According to the files, yes, she did. Should we accept her, Director Cheon?"

"Hold."

Seojin reread her files again, and saw another surprising fact. She was scanning the student's profile, her eyes landing on the name of her parents, especially her mother's name.

"Her mother is... Oh Yoonhee?"

"Do you know her, Director Cheon?"

Seojin did not gave an answer and continued to stare at the files, her mind racing back to the memories from before. Specifically, her school memories.

Oh Yoonhee was her classmate before, in fact, she was her biggest rival in school back then. They were always against each other during singing competitions, and even in academics.

"Accepted."

"Noted, director Cheon."

The male teacher bowed and hurriedly went out of her office to start his work, leaving the slightly bothered Seojin behind.

"What a small world, indeed... Oh Yoonheee... So this new student, Bae Rona, is your daughter huh..."
