Seeing Julie kissing another guy made Elmo really mad. Parang sasabog sya ng makita ito. Biglang bigat ng kaninang feature light na pakiramdam nya. And in a snap he felt his body heating up, specially his eyes. Maya maya pa naramdaman nya na ang mainit na likido sa pisnge nya. And he realized he is crying.

He drove off, papalayo sa lugar. He knew it was Sam, though he didn’t saw his face, dahil nga nakatalikod ito. And he actually doesn’t really know what he looks like. Ayaw nyang alamin dahil ayaw nyang ma-imagine si Julie na kasama ito. But now even he doesn’t want to, paulit ulit pumapasok sa isip nya ang nakita. His vision might be blur, pero parang napakalinaw ng nakita nya kanina.

Elmo didn’t really have a plan to go here, he was actually planning to go straight home, para mapahinga ang isip. But he knows na mas mare-relax sya dito, ‘coz he is absolutely sure na hanggang umaga pa ang party sa bahay nila. So he decided to go inside the local pub.

Maliit at kaunti ang tao dito compare to his usual hang-outs.  Just like what he needed. Tahimik at may alak na lugar. He ordered another shot of cheap tequila, lahat kasi dito mura. He is actually surprise why he isn’t drunk or feeling dizzy yet. Nakakarami na kasi sya and cheap alcohol isn’t his forte. Madalas iilang inum lang nito lasing na sya.

‘Where’s the alcohol low tolerance  me when you need one?’

He gestures for another drink to the bartender “I didn’t know you go here” a voice came in, tumingin sya sa pinanggalingan ng boses, who takes the seat next to him in the counter.“At umiinom ka pala nyan” sabi nito ng makita ang tequila sa tapat ni Elmo. “How did it taste?” the voice asked after Elmo drink it “Was it good?”

Parang walang naririnig si Elmo. Patuloy lang sya sa pag-inum at pagbabaliwala dito.

“I’ll have whatever he’s having” sabi nito sa bartender “And give him another one” pabahol pa nya. “So Elmo” humawak  sa legs ng binata na agad din nmng tinanggal ni Elmo. Napangiti nmn sya dahil dito “Elllmoeee” humawak uli dito at nagslide pa papataas.

Hinawakan ni Elmo ang kamay nito at tinapon palayo sa katawan nya “Stop” in a all command voice.

“It’s Liv. My name is Liv, in case you have forgotten” and a naughty grin cross her face. “Drink up Elmo. My treat” she whispered, using her teasing voice.

“I can buy my own drink”

“Yes, I know. But you don’t have to” then she ordered the whole bottle of tequila. “I got this” She pours herself a shot and drinks it right away. Saka dinilaan ang sariling kamay na may asin habang nakatingin sa mata ni Elmo, who is looking at what she’s doing. Kitang kita ng binata how Liv lick the side of her fist. Leaving her own hand wet with her saliva. And how she sips the lemon, like she is kissing someone’s mouth. She even licked her own lips after doing so.

She likes it, that finally, she had Elmo’s attention. Sinalinan nya uli ang sariling baso ng alak at inusod ito sa tapat ni Elmo “You’re turn” Elmo shot him a look. “Walang lason yan, I just finished one right? Drink Elmo”

Napapayag rin nya si Elmo. He shot the tequila using Liv’s shot glass. Pinakita ng dalaga ang gilid ng kamay nya kung saan may asin. But Elmo ignored it, he get his own salt and lemon for his own. Instead mainis ang dalaga nakangiti pa ito sa ginawa ni Elmo.
