Hence  this will be a completely different story. Now this story will go into genre of a love story /family drama. I cant write mysteries at all .  Army or even the cadets will now be in cameo roles. Now on with the story. New characters will be introduced  soon.

A request to readers could any of you tell me how to sent notifications to readers and add pictures into the story. I am not really tech savvy.

Now on with the story...

Tripathi: I would like to call up my next witness Brigadier Chandok(BC) to the stand.

BC took the witness stand next. Tripathi: Sir, I would like to ask you some question about a few incidents in KMA since that was the place my client was posted before his arrest.

BC : Of course.

Tripathi: KMA has strict standards in military training and a very professional faculty since the time of its inception. My client has been repeatedly targeted in the academy isn't that right sir.

BC: that's not true. KMA treats everyone fairly.

Tripathi: Sir, I am not talking about KMA reputation. But I would like to point out a few incidents- In the mentorship program my client came up last there were questions on his character and reputation. In fact, those unfounded rumours were used in court today. So please answer the questions.

BC: Yes, it's true. Rajveer was accused of a relationship because of the mentorship program and some letters. They were sorted out later.

Tripathi: Yes, by a Ritu Mishra, so called psychiatrist and now known spy. Why would a spy help an army officer? A simple answer- a Honey Trap. She saved the captain's reputation to get closer to him for spying. In fact, she could have been the one who caused the problem in the first place. She was there in the mentorship camp. She could have easily accessed the female cadet rooms and planted the letters in order to swoop in and save the captain later. In fact, she also got engaged to the captain for her goal. So, the rumour of a relationship was fake started by a spy and today used by an army officer to accuse an innocent on the words of an enemy. Now sir after the spy was killed my client was still targeted. If you remember sir, in the 2nd stage of the VP selection my client was unable to participate why was that?

BC: In the 2nd stage of the selection process, all the candidates had to show their tolerance capacity. They had to drink a specific concoction to show their tolerance levels and the captain was poisoned.

Tripathi: Yes, out of all the candidates only my client was poisoned why? it was a simple VP selection test but to give a poison to a captain was a deliberate attempt to kill him. This shows my client was being targeted by a specific organization. Once is accident, twice may be coincidence, three times is definitely a pattern. Now sir, I would like ask a final question on the Spy Ritu Mishra. She was never suspected before trying to steal the nuclear trigger am I right?

BC: Yes, she was an approved by the defence ministry and had the papers to prove her credentials. She was a well-liked member of the faculty before her true colours were revealed.

Tripathi: So, a spy was sent to KMA with impeccable credentials and so after she was killed will the ones who sent her will sit quietly. No, they targeted the intelligence officer who killed their mole. He survived the poison attack. He was repeatedly targeted. Now before Captain Salve states that all this information is irrelevant to the case. Let me state that it is relevant. It establishes the true reputation of my client as a patriotic soldier based on true facts unlike Captain Salve romantic Mills and Boons story of forbidden love-based speculations started by a spy. He is an able intelligence officer of the army who has fought terrorists and spies it is natural spy organizations would target him and all the incidents in KMA are conspiracy to get the nuclear triggers located in KMA by Ritu and her associates. Now I would like to call my last witness- Dr Shalini Sehgal.

Rajveer enemies who had their eyes on the triggers were now sweating furiously, they had thought that this trial was a means to target Rajveer and get him out of the way to ensure their true mission was not revealed but here their strategy boomeranged though they were not named. Tripathi had built a case casting a doubt on the creditability of the prosecution case and revealed half truths to twist the facts in Rajveer's favour. Bhargav and Nair regretted their vendetta on Rajveer was now helping him though Ritu was blamed for all their misdeeds. Urvashi's curse had become a blessing. All their deeds to throw out Rajveer from KMA were being used to keep Rajveer in the Army.

Dr Shalini now swore her oath. Tripathi: Dr, you are medical professional trained recruited and certified by the army, right?

Shalini: Yes. I have in the army as a doctor for 6 years.

Tripathi: Do you have any relationship with my client personal or professional.

Shalini: I am just his colleague. Met him for the first time in KMA.

Tripathi: Can you describe the poisoning incident from a professional perspective?

Shalini: Sure, the Captain was poisoned by high level killer poison with deadly substances not easily identifiable traceable or accessible. It induces coma like state or in some cases schizophrenia symptoms.

Tripathi: Now I would to present my case on the accusation faced by my client of killing Colonel Shakti who incidentally was his mentor in the army. Now my question is what were Rajveer and Col Shakti doing in the forest in the first place. Presumably to exchange the red box secretly and according Captain Salve theory when Col Shakti refused to handover the box Rajveer shot him. Now may I ask why Col had to refuse to give the box in the forest. He is a superior officer and he could straight away refuse handing over the box from his office he could have refused to even my client by just giving him a call. He need not have taken the trouble to meet my client in the forest. Further, I have a medical report on Col Shakti's death verified by Captain Shalini. Please Dr tell the court the findings of your report.

Shalini: Col Shakti had traces of the poison given to Captain Rajveer at the VP selection process. It had the possibility of putting him a coma like the Captain or given him schizophrenia hallucinations causing him to be violent. It was injected likely few hours like 4-5 hours before his death.

Tripathi: Thank U Dr. Your Lordship, my client is said to have killed Col Shakti with a gun which incidentally is Col Shakti's gun. He is said to have snatched it from him and shot him with it. Who injected the drug inside the Col? Not the Captain , he was inside the academy in the time frame mentioned by the Dr. He has no medical knowledge as he is not a doctor. There is more of possibility that Col Shakti turned violent due to the effects of the poisonous drug and attacked rajveer in a frenzy and the Captain had to defend himself. This is a pure case of self defence. Further, there are also injuries on my client to prove that there was a struggle. I pray that my client is declared innocent and order a reinvestigation in this case from an independent party not related to my client either by enmity or friendship.

Judges: The Army Court gives the Captain a verdict of Not Guilty. He is reinstated as to his rank in the Army. The prosecution is unable to prove the case beyond reasonable doubt. We order a committee of independent army officer to re-investigate this case to bring the culprits to justice. The court is adjourned.

The Cadets were joyously hugging each other while Lala and his allies were scared by the order of a reinvestigation into the murder. They were licking their wounds from the failure to trap Rajveer like they did with Naveen.

Nair and Bhargav left the court immediately while the Cadets went to hug their Mentor. Only Naina stayed back. She followed Tripathi out the door and called out to him.

Naina : I forgive you for what happened to my brother you were only doing your job as the prosecution lawyer. Thank you for saving Rajveer Sir.

Tripathi: I have taken a step towards earning my redemption. Thank you for the Chance.

Back in inside the court Lala approached Raj with a false smile and hugged him. I am happy at the verdict. I knew you would be proved innocent Raj.

A female voice rang out from the door: Did you Lalaji, is that why you didn't even feel the need to help your godson in any manner?

Everyone looked towards the door.

Rajveer in a shocked state stuttered: Anya.......
