Ahsoka saw Barriss's reaction to the fallen trooper. She'd sensed Cody too. "General, focus!" she said quietly. The Mirialan's head whipped upwards and she nodded under the cloak. "Specter-6 contact Specter-2. Tell her we need an immediate pick-up," Ahsoka said as she blocked the red blasts that came from the stormtroopers.

Ezra nodded and removed the comlink from his belt. "Specter-2, this is Specter-6, we need immediate pick-up," Ezra said quickly.

Ahsoka shoved the stormtroopers back with a powerful shove in the Force. She didn't want to hurt the- she didn't know if they were clones or not. The Inquisitor was slowly walking forward. Ahsoka's grim face twisted into a calm smile. She had defeated an Inquisitor before, even without her lightsabers.

"Go!" Ahsoka ordered as Barriss grabbed the Togruta youngling, Ash, from the ground and held her in her arms. They ran out the back exit of the small hut to find the Ghost hovering above the ground. Sabine, Zeb, and Kanan were boarding the ship as Hera controlled it from the cockpit. Chopper and G-G were firing at the oncoming stormtroopers that were emerging from behind the Inquisitor.

"Take Ash!" Barriss called to Ezra and handed the youngling to Ezra. Ezra nodded and deflected several of the blasts with his saber, but also went on the offensive, firing small blasts of electricity.

"Go!" Ahsoka yelled and Barriss leapt onto the Ghost with Ezra.

"Ahsoka!" Barriss called desperately. "Hurry!"

The Togruta spotted the Inquisitor and shoved the Ghost forwards with the Force. She ignited both sabers and readied them. The woman ignited her red saber and spun it in a blur of red. Ahsoka allowed the Inquisitor to lunge forwards and attack Ahsoka.

Ahsoka dodged and clashed one of her sabers with the Imperial. She held her shoto back, preparing to use it. But the Inquisitor was more skilled than others Ahsoka had faced in the past. She spun her blade, giving her an extra leap as she kneed the Togruta in the chest.

Ahsoka gritted her teeth and kicked the woman in the stomach swiftly and backed away, breathing heavily. "Your brothers and sisters weren't much of a challenge either," Ahsoka spat, bracing herself.

With a violent yell, the Inquisitor ran and lifted off the ground with her rotating blades. "And you will die," she hissed. "Like all Jedi deserve to."

"Never," Ahsoka snarled, smashing her saber into the crimson light of the Imperial's. She ducked, flashbacks of her battle of Maul flickering in her mind. But she had Rex then. Sensing her distraction in her opponent the Inquisitor jumped forwards, knocking Ahsoka to the ground.

The woman held the humming crimson blade to Ahsoka's throat as the Togruta smiled. "You have failed," she hissed. She shoved the Inquisitor off of her with the Force and jumped up.

She looked at her opponent and swung her blade, going on the offensive. The Inquisitor struggled to defend herself, but Ahsoka could sense that she had something planned. She immediately heard the sounds of blasters readying behind her. The Togruta shoved the Imperial back and faced the crowd of stormtroopers, holding both of her sabers close to her, one behind her and one in front of her.

"Surrender, Jedi," hissed the Inquisitor, her red blade spinning in front of her. "Or die."

Ahsoka had no choice. As soon as she prepared to block from the shots that would soon be fired, she felt the cold point of a blaster on her montrals. She reflexively kicked the stormtrooper in the stomach, effectively sending him back and knocking his helmet off.

"Stun her!" the Imperial hissed as the stun blasts came at Ahsoka faster and faster. She deflected them until she tripped. She tasted blood in her mouth as she was stunned.

And the last thing she saw before she went unconscious was the glowering amber eyes of the stormtrooper whose helmet she had knocked off. His expression was one of pure hatred where one of undeniable love had once been. Pain was all Ahsoka knew. Her heart shattered into millions of tiny pieces.

Pieces that were impossible to put back together again.

A/N: Alright, sorry if this story is moving a little fast, but I get really impatient with my writing sometimes. This entire story might be pretty short. Also, I'm sorry for not updating sooner, but I took a break and am working on a draft for my other story, but I will try to pre-write more chapters and get back to updating pretty regularly. Comment what you think is going to happen next!
