Cody took a shaky breath. "Tell me everything," he ordered.

Rex didn't hesitate. "I've been having these weird dreams of a Togruta, and then I think her name's Ahsoka and now the Jedi's here and I really don't know what to think," Rex explained.

"Oh no," Cody muttered, massaging his temples. This was worse than he had imagined. "Rex, listen to me, I can't tell you everything right now, but just trust me. Don't go anywhere near the Jedi and tell me whenever you have any one of those weird dreams."

"Why not?" Rex snapped suddenly and Cody flinched. "I saw your reaction when you heard 'General Offee's' name. What's with you all of a sudden? The Mirialan, she didn't kill you when she had the chance. Why?"

Cody glowered at his brother. "That is none of your concern," he said.

"Then why is any of my business your concern?" Rex asked. The outburst was uncommon for Rex- he had never done anything like this since before the new inhibitor chip had been put in.

"CT-7567, don't you dare speak to your superiors like that!" Cody spat before he immediately regretted it. He never called his brothers by their CT numbers. Cody walked out of the room furiously and he didn't even need to have the Force to know that Rex was fuming.

Cody walked around the Star Destroyer without any sense of where he was going and he ended up at the brig. Two death troopers guarded a secure cell that was shielded with blast doors. A female scream echoed from inside the cell. Ahsoka.

He heard the Fourth Sister furiously question the Togruta. "What is your business here?" asked one of the death troopers, his speech gargled.

"Uh, I need to speak to the Inquisitor," Cody lied. CC-2224 what are you doing?! he yelled at himself.

"Very well. Go inside," the death trooper said, opening the doors with a loud creak.

"Where are the rebels?" growled the Fourth Sister, her gloved hand reaching out with the Force, trying to pull things from the Togruta's mind.

"I... will never tell you anything," growled Ahsoka as more electricity arced up her body. She screamed, when the Fourth Sister sensed him.

"Why are you here, Commander?" asked the Inquisitor.

"You're needed at the bridge, ma'am," said Cody quickly. He could practically feel the Sith's eyes burning into him, but she nodded and swept away.

"Watch the prisoner," she ordered and he bowed his head respectfully.

Ahsoka's blue eyes flickered up at him and she whispered, "Cody."

"Commander Tano," Cody replied. He deactivated the projectors holding her in the air as she fell to the ground.

He helped her up as she said two words that Cody wasn't really expecting. He thought it'd be something about escaping, not this.

"Where's Rex?"
