*Alice's/Felicity's POV*

We managed to escape Fairy Godmother's factory and walked at a normal pace. Shrek started reading what the label said on the potion he still held in his hand since before we left.

"'Happily Ever After Potion. Maximum Strength. For You And Your True Love.'"

"'If one of you drinks this, you both will be fine. Happiness, comfort, and beauty divine.'"

"'You both will be fine'?" Donkey asked confused.

"I guess it means it'll affect Fiona, too." Shrek said before removing the cork from the potion, making us stop and turn to him.

"You're not actually going to drink that, are you?" Willow asked. "What if it's poisonous or something? I mean, it was made by a witch after all."

"Correction: Fairy, not witch." I pointed out.

Willow shrugged. "Doesn't matter. What matters is there's something up with that woman that's telling me not to trust her. You can't blame me for being weary about that bottle, seeing as it was made by her of all people."

Donkey shook his head. "Man, this don't feel right. My donkey senses are tingling all over. So why don't you just drop that jug o'voodoo, and let's get out of here."

Shrek gestured to the bottle. "But it says 'beauty divine'. How bad can it be?" He went to sniff it but ended up sneezing and light blue sparkly snot came flying out of his nostrils and onto a mushroom on from of him.

I backed up a little. "Eww."

"Ha-ha! See, you're allergic to that stuff." said Donkey. "You're gonna have a reaction. And if you think I'm gonna be smearing vapour rub over your chest, think again!"

Zero shook his head. "No, I don't think that's allergies, Donkey."

Puss In Boots stepped forward a little toward Shrek. "Boss, just in case there is something wrong with the potion...allow me to take the first sip." He removed hat from his head a bowed. "It would be an honour to lay my life on the line for you."

I grinned and squealed. "Aww, you're so adorable~"

He gave me a toothy grin that made him look 10x cuter. At least in my opinion, anyway. "Gracias, young lady. You are too kind."

Donkey nudged Puss In Boots back a little with his head. "Oh, no, no, no, I don't think so.
If there's going to be any animal testing, then I'm gonna do it. That's the best friend's job." Donkey walked over to Shrek. "Now give me that bottle." Donkey practically snatched the bottle out of Shrek's hands and gulped it down. Shrek removed the bottle from his move before he could gulp down the entire potion.
