Can This Be Real?

It had only been a few days since Lexa's accident, Clarke was watching her like a hawk making sure she was on bed rest, barely moving. To be quite honest Lexa felt like she was going crazy, the only part she had looked forward to is when Clarke would come and cuddle while reading her a book, but even now it was starting to get old. Lexa wasn't use to being on bed rest she was the Commander she wasn't aloud to look weak so taking a few days off and only sleeping was really getting to her head.

" Come on Clarke! It's been almost 5 days. I feel perfectly fine, I should be helping you guys build bigger huts for everyone, It's not really fair that we have this hole house to ourselves." Lexa was currently trying to get Clarke to let her out of bed and actually do something. But Clarke being Clarke she was....let's just say a little stubborn.

" Lex, that's exactly what I mean. It's only been 5 day's, your foot is broken it takes a lot longer than just 5 days to heal." Clarke crossed her arms giving Lexa the mom look telling her she wasn't going to win this conversation.

" Claaarkkeee!! Please I need to get out of this bed I'm literally begging you. I'll do anything I just need to get out of this house. Have you even smelled me I haven't taken a bath in almost a week. I SMELL!" Lexa was whining like a child at this point. Anything she would do literally anything to get out of the bed she was laying in.

Clarke stood just staring at her lover trying to make up her mind. She knew she was lucky to have gotten Lexa to stay in bed for over 3 days let alone 5 she was really lucky. sighing she rolled her eyes dropping her arms and making her way over to Lexa.

" Fine, but no heavy lifting, I'll help you walk to the waterfall and help you bath but after that, your eating and going back to bed. That's all I'm letting you do for today, got it!?" Lexa sat up trying to stand up obviously startling Clarke with her sudden movement not realizing she was going to stand up so fast.

" Lex! Watch it you still need to be careful lean your weight on me, there you go." Lexa hated being looked after, she didn't like to show that she was venerable, but with Clarke she could read her like an open book there was no point in hiding from her expressly if she was hurt. It was like Clarke could sense it to be honest it was kinda scary.

Clarke slowly helped Lexa walk out the front door of their house, Lexa hadn't been outside in over 5 days she had no idea how well the huts would look without her help, let's just say she was supersized with how much they had accomplished in the past 5 days.

" The mighty Commander is up and running folks, seems like nothing can keep her down. Well except for Clarke when she really tries." They both ignored Ravens comment as the two made their way over to the couple, they were sweating and breathing heavily you could easily see they had been working hard for a long time.

" Where are you guys headed?" Raven tilted her head like a confused puppy.

" Lexa here couldn't take being on bed rest anymore and was complaining that she needed to take a bath soooo I'm gonna take her to the waterfall and get her washed up. We should be back before dinner." Clarke explained wrapping her right arm around Lexa's waist helping support her body making sure she wouldn't put to much pressure on her left foot.

" Ahh, finally couldn't stand laying in a bed?" Octavia laughed shifting from foot to foot.

" Hey I made it past 3 days which Clarke should be happy about." It felt good to have the sun on her face again, to have the slight breeze of the wind blowing in her hair. It was nice.

" Okay we'll make extra plates for you if your not back by dinner, make sure your safe you too." Raven said seriously raising her eyebrows like a mother would do.
