Omg...its coming!

I was laying down on my bed for once. I would normally sleep on the couch it felt nice to have the cushions press up against me but lately my back has made it extremely difficult to keep staying on the couch. So I'm now wrapped up in 50 different blankets. I got up like normal and went down stairs. It has only been 2 months since we found out about the genders and the smaller baby's condition. We went for a check up last week. He was doing fine they want me to come in for a c-section some time this week. I'm nervous about the whole ordeal plus on top of that I miss kacchan. I noticed the stove was on and food was cooking but I couldn't see my mom anywhere. I shrugged thinking she was in the bathroom and walked to the couch. I looked around the room after a while of watching tv. Mom still hasn't came out of the bathroom? I got up well tried to my belly made it extremely difficult to get up the first two times..
"Mom?" I said as I went into the kitchen. There was a fire on the stove. I rushed over to put it out. Only to notice my mom was on the ground. I got on my knees and checked her pulse..
Nothing. I started to cry. How long was she out for I went to reach for my phone when the sound of water was heard. I looked down my water broke.....God damn it really at a time like this?! I got my phone and pressed the phone bottom on aunties contact.
"Hello" was heard from the other line.
"Is this auntie?" I asked hoping it wasn't kacchan.
"Yes? Izuku what happened?" She said.
"Mom..doesn't have a pulse and my-my water broke" I said crying. She told me to stay put and to call the ambulance. I did just that they told me to do cpr. I told them I couldn't my water had broke and I was in extreme pain, I also told them that I was told I needed a c-section for one of my babies has a heart condition. Yelling could be heard from the other line.
"Alright sir we will get to you soon just hold on" he said. We started to talk about my chart. Which I gave him all the answers to. Auntie burst through the the door.
"Izuku!" She yelled. This alerted the person on the other side.
"Who is that?" He asked.
"The babies fathers mom" I said.
"Why is the kitchen black?" She asked in concern as she started to do compressions on my mom.
"I thought she was in the bathroom and the food she was cooking caught on fire" at this point I was Weeping out in both pain and sadness.
Finally the paramedics got here. I sighed In a bit of relief. They continued to do cpr on mom. And they helped me into the other ambulance. Once we arrived my doctor rushed over to me and yelled at those around him.
"Get me an OR stat! We need to prep for a Caesarean section NOW"
"Alright Izuku I need you to remain calm, so far both babies are stable" he said as he peered over to look at my heart monitor. After I calmed down he looked down at me and said.
"We're going to start soon" he said.
Thank god I was numbed. And I had auntie by my side now. They let her once she reached the hospital.
"Ready? The first babies is coming out" the doctor said. As I felt auntie squeeze my hand a piercing cry echoed through out the OR.
"It's a boy" he said tears streamed out of my green orbs as I noticed he had my hair. They checked him over before they gave him to me.
"This is the big guy " the nurse said. I held him as they continued to work on getting the little one out.
I froze when I heard the doctor say.
"He's not breathing" I seen some nurses rush him over to the incubator in the room. My doctor continued to work on closing me up.
"Doc" aunties voice said. He looked up from his work.
"Is he going to be okay" she asked. He looked over at the nurse. I followed his gaze the nurse shook her head no. I cried.
"My baby..." the nurse came over and gave him to me.
"I'm sorry for your loss.." she said. He has kacchans hair... auntie asked me if she could hold him. I nodded as I held the child who was clearly breathing.
"Kenji" I said as I looked at the baby in my arms. I wasn't sure what auntie was doing but all of a sudden I heard a soft little cry. I looked down and noticed Kenji was sleep completely silent. The crying continued once again. I looked over at auntie. The little bundle in her hands was moving.
"Auntie?"
"He's alive.." she said. I reached out for him.
"Thank god.." I breathed out.
"Doctor!" Auntie called out. He looked up.
"Huh? Ma'am I thought you had left to fill out the organ donation papers for the little gu-" he stoped to see both babies in my arms breathing and snuggling up against each other. His eyes widened, before he spoke out.
"Call The Paediatric surgeon on call" the nurse pick up the phone.
"Okay I'm glad both are safe but..he's going to need to have a check up and possibly heart surgery" he said.
"Oh...alright,can-can I at least name him before he leaves.." I said. He nodded and so did auntie, I'm sure she would have made the doctor let me anyways.
"Izumi" I said. I looked up at auntie.
"Kenji and Izumi" she repeated the names. She smiled. The doctor that was called came inside the room.
"Let's take a look at this baby.." she said.
"Okay sir..he is going to need surgery but I don't think he'll need a transplant any time soon" she said. I looked up at her confused.
"Ah..Um that's a good thing" she reassured me with a smile. I nodded.
"We will have to keep both of them in the NICU for the night." I was so busy I had forgotten about my mother. I looked at the doctor and then at auntie.
"How's my mom..did she-" I couldn't finsh the sentence. When the phone rang. The doctor told the nurse to put it on speaker.
"Yes?" He said
"I wanted to let you know that inko Midoryia is alright her surgery was a success please inform your patient for me, she won't wake up today but possibly tomorrow." The voice form the phone said.

It was a stressful day but thank god it turned out alright.

Katsuki's POV
I woke up early like any morning. Nothing was special I got down stairs only to find the old hag. She was sitting at the table with a news paper in hand. Okay that's weird meh whatever. I miss the damn nerd I can't believe he just left without saying a fucking word. How dare he make me care about him and then he's leaves me!
"Katsuki the phone!" She said. I scoffed and walked away. I could hear her yelling at me but I could care less. I heard a bit of her conversation on the phone.
"Oh god okay Izuku I'll be right there" she said she looked panicked for some reason. My heart sank was there something wrong with the nerd. The old hag yelled at old man that she needed to run somewhere. Leaving both me and the old man in confusion and shock. What is going on?! I couldn't put my finger on it. I ran out do the house. Old man was screaming at me to come back I ignored him like normal. I ran all the way to Deku's house once I got there I seen red lights and ambulances parked in front. I seen them load two people into them. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED.
I seen old hag on her knees crying. I dashed over to her.
"Old-" she hugged me.
"I'm sorry Katsuki..." no...he...he could be....oh god......Izuku I'm sorry..
I cried into old hags shoulder. Darn it nerd..I fell for you.

After what happened at Dek- no Izuku's I couldn't help but think I'm missing something every important. Like something big, maybe even life changing is happening right now but what?
