"So, is it true or was Frost messing with us?" Cisco asked.

"No, she was telling the truth and before you guys get mad at me for not telling you, it wasn't because I didn't think you'd be supportive, because I know you would be." Caitlin said.

"Then why did you tell us?" Barry asked.

"Because I'm not sure if those feelings are really mine, or just the feelings of the me from this world, since before Crisis, I thought I was straight, but now I don't know." Caitlin said.

"I get it. You're not sure if those feelings are really yours or if they were forced on you by Crisis." Barry said and Caitlin nodded.

"Well, you are a scientist. Why not try using the scientific method, perform an experiment." Cisco said.

"Like what, go out with a guy and a girl and see which of them I like better?" Caitlin said.

"Yeah actually." Cisco said.

"Look, even if I were to consider that, there's a reason why I haven't done any dating since Julian." Caitlin said.

"Really, why?" Iris asked.

"Frost. She and I are very different people with very different preferences in regards to dating, especially since she's been telling me nonstop since she woke up that she's still straight." Caitlin said.

"So what you're saying is that it's possible that you and Frost could end up wanting to date two different people. Which is awkward." Cisco said.

"Exactly. Don't get me wrong, I love Frost like a sister, but there are a few downsides to sharing a body and mind with her." Caitlin said.

"And what did she just say?" Ralph asked, since he probably knew Frost better than any of them except Caitlin.

"That sharing a body with me wasn't ideal for her either." Caitlin said.

"You two didn't use to feel that way." Iris said.

"True, but that was before I started letting Frost take the wheel and I guess that since she started to live her own life, we've begun to grow apart. And honestly, the only way dating would work is if we found someone that we both liked and they liked both of us in return, which I don't see happening. Which means that even if we found two people were incredibly understanding, it wouldn't be fair to them or us to have to share them." Caitlin said.

"Well, then maybe that's another reason to find Professor Stein." Barry said.

"What do you mean?" Caitlin asked.

"Stein is one of the foremost experts on transmutation, plus Caitlin, you and Frost are basically a frosty version of Firestorm, so I think that he might be able to help us find a way to give you and Frost your own bodies." Barry said.

"You want to split us up?" Caitlin asked.

"I'm not saying we have to, I'm just giving you the option, since it sounds like things might be a bit easier for you both if you separated. You could each live your own lives all the time instead of only half the time." Barry said.

It's something to think about. I mean, I'm sure we'll both feel better about not having to hear each other all the time. Plus, I have to admit, it would be nice to not have to keep watching this is us. Frost said.

"What did I tell you about that?" Caitlin said.

"What did she say?" Cisco asked.

"Aside from dissing this is us, she also said that she's game for this and I guess it might be nice." Caitlin said, though she was honestly a bit wary about this.
