Cisco was very glad that Barry had finally revealed his speed to Thawne, since honestly, he was itching to start working on his suit, though he knew that he'd likely have to wait until after Thawne was dealt with to be able to create the Flash ring, since honestly, while he'd figured out how to get the Flash suit in and out of the ring, he had yet to actually create the ring itself, since before, they'd just been using the ring that Nora gave Barry when she came back in time, but that timeline no longer existed. Which meant that while Cisco could make the suit easily enough with the ability to be able to go in and out of a ring, he'd still need to figure out how to build the ring itself and while he knew that Ryan Choi could likely help him out with that, since he was the one who'd made the Flash ring in the original timeline, Cisco was determined to prove that he could do it himself.

Anyways, now that Thawne had been made aware that Barry had discovered his speed, Cisco could now start working on Barry's Flash suit, which, aside from the whole ring functionality thing, he could make exactly like he had in the original reality, well except for the filaments from a quantum computer, since those didn't exist yet and it was not worth the risk of Barry going to the future to find one. He just wished he'd been able to make that request of Sara before she left.

"What exactly are you working on?" Thawne asked as he wheeled himself into Cisco's lab.

"Well, it was originally something I whipped up to replace the turnovers firefighters use, but after Barry showed us how fast he can move now, I decided to give it a new and more significant purpose." Cisco said.

"Really and what might that be?" Thawne asked with a slight smile, since he knew what Cisco meant.

"Oh come on, how can I find out that Barry has superpowers and not make him a suit to go with them. You know I'm already working on one for myself." Cisco said, since he and Caitlin had both revealed their respective powers to Thawne.

"Of course. But I have to ask, what's with the lightning? The suit I understand, since I can tell from it's design and the materials used that it's designed to be able to withstand the heat Barry releases when he runs at high speeds and to help him stay in control, but why the lightning?" Thawne asked.

"Well for starters, it makes it look cool." Cisco said and Thawne rolled his eyes.

"But more importantly, I came up with it because of the dark yellow lightning that Barry generates when he runs." Cisco said.

"Clever." Thawne said.

"Yeah, honestly, the only problem with it is how Barry will be able to carry it around with him, since it's not like he can keep a bag with him at all times." Cisco said, since he realized that while he may not be able to create the ring, Thawne could and since they were already planning on taking advantage of his knowledge while they still could for other things, he saw no reason why they couldn't do the same for this.

"I might have some ideas." Thawne said.

"I was hoping you would." Cisco said with a smile.

"When you're done with the suits you're making for not only yourself, but Caitlin as well, let me see them. I might be able to improve them as well." Thawne said.

"That would be great. And maybe you could show me how you're doing it. It couldn't hurt to learn it." Cisco said.

"We'll see." Thawne said.

That night, Barry and Iris were surprised when they entered their loft to find Joe, Cecille, Cisco, Caitlin, Ralph, Wally, Oliver, John and Laurel waiting for them and it looked like they'd decorated the apartment slightly.

"What is all this?" Barry asked.

"Well, Cisco mentioned that while you were still planning on going through with the big ceremony, that you two couldn't wait until then to get married, so you were just going to the courthouse tomorrow to get married, but I had a better idea. Instead of doing it there, you should do it here, surrounded by your friends." Oliver said with a smile.

"Plus, I am the one who married you guys before, I'd be honored to do it again." John said.

"And I wasn't even allowed to help you guys fight the Nazis that crashed your first one." Wally said as Iris hugged her little brother.

"You were doing the even more important job of keeping our dad, Cecille and unborn baby sister safe. Though it's too bad that Nora couldn't be bothered to get off her ass and help us out, since she was there." Iris said.

"She wasn't ready to reveal herself to us yet." Barry said.

"Not to mention, I was able to attend at all due to being dead. We thought that as long as we were in town, you may not be doing the big wedding quite yet, but you shouldn't have to get married at the courthouse either. We figured that this would be a good in between." Laurel said.

"Also, I can't help but note that I wasn't invited to either of your weddings." Ralph pointed out and Barry smiled.

"Well, you will be this time around and I'm genuinely sorry we didn't invite you." Barry said.

"It's fine, we weren't exactly friends back then, though we were getting there." Ralph said.

"Okay, can we please get back to what brought us all here tonight?" Oliver asked.

"Yeah, good idea." Iris said, eager to be married again.

"Okay then, will the bride and groom please take their positions." John said as Barry and Iris walked up to him and took the customary positions as everyone else gathered around them.

"So, are we doing the traditional vows or are you two going to do personal ones." John asked.

"I think that we're going to skip over all that and just get to the good part. Save all that stuff for the big wedding." Iris said and Barry nodded.

"Really, don't want to share the same vows you did last time?" Oliver asked.

"No, new earth means new vows and we need time to write them." Barry said and Oliver nodded.

"Okay then, if you guys will just fill out this marriage license." Laurel said as she pulled out the piece of paper she'd gotten from city hall earlier, though she'd made it clear that it was not for her, since she wasn't ready for that yet.

Barry and Iris both nodded as they signed the license.

"Do we have rings?" John asked.

"Well, we have this, but it's not exactly ideal." Cisco said as he produced a small gold ring from his pocket.

"You and Thawne finished it?" Barry asked as Cisco handed the ring to him.

"Yeah, it was supposed to be a wedding gift before I realized that you did not have rings yet." Cisco said.

"No, this is better." Barry said with a grin.

"Why?" Iris asked.

"You'll see." Barry said.

"Okay anyways, I know we all know the answer to this, but Barry, do you take Iris to be your lawfully wedded wife." John asked.

"I do." Barry said and Iris smiled.

"And do you Iris take Barry to be your lawfully wedded husband?" John asked.

"I do." Iris said.

"Then, by the power vested in me, I hereby pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." John said as Barry did just that.

"Okay and now, a ring." Barry said as to Iris's surprise, Barry slid the Flash ring onto her finger.

"Barry, you need this a lot more than I do." Iris said.

"It's not permanent, but every woman deserves a proper ring on her wedding day. At least until I get you a proper one." Barry said.

"But your suit?" Iris asked.

"I can go one more night without being the Flash. Get you a real wedding ring tomorrow." Barry said.

"Besides, I think this one is more meaningful." Caitlin said, while ignoring Frost whining about how sappy the situation is.

"It is. I just want to make sure that you're not going to regret giving me this." Iris said.

"I promise, I have no regrets about it." Barry assured her.

"Okay, why don't we leave the happy couple alone for their wedding night." Oliver said as he and Joe led the others out of the apartment.
