Chapter 7: New girl

There are four people standing in front of a big oak door.

"Ryujin please don't create mess on this dinner. I'm begging you, don't embarrass me in front of my bestfriend" Her father said

"I'll try" Ryujin nonchalantly said

"Ryujin..."

"Fine, I promise."

"You can do this unnie" Yuna said as she hold her sister's hand.

They finally ring the bell and a maid open it for them.

"Welcome to Hwang's residence Shin family" the maid politely said.

They all smile to the maid and went inside the mansion. Ryujin amazed at the interior design of the mansion.

Just like what I've expected she thought.

"There you are my friend! Please feel at home and have a sit. " A man in 40's told them giving her father a quick hug.

"Is this your daughters? wow they're all beautiful just like their mother." he added.

They went to the living room and saw a woman in 40's also and a man who looks like at Ryujin's age, sitting in the elegant sofa. As soon as she saw us, she stand and give us a hug. The man bowed to them and introduced herself.

"Good evening ladies, I'm Hwang Hyunjin" he said giving them a genuine smile.

"You're all grown up now Hyunjin, a matured and handsome man." Ryujin's father said while messing his hair

"matured? no, I'm still the Hyunjin you know just I became handsome more" he said while fixing his hair

"aish this kid! I thought you changed!" Ryujin's father said and they all laughed at him except Ryujin.

"Mommy? Daddy?" They all turned their heads to the lady who's walking down the stairs. Hypnotized by her beauty.

"Yeji.." she mumbled silently.

"Ryujin.." Yeji mumbled silently

Yeji was looking at her eyes while she's walking. She smiled, Ryujin smiled.

So pretty my Yeddeong she whispered.

"This is my youngest daughter, Yeji. My eldest daughter is currently out for their camping" Her dad said. Yeji bowed to them and it made the Shin smile because of her politeness.

"You got a beautiful daughter, I'm sure the other one is also pretty." Ryujin's stepmom said.

"Yeji ah why don't you tour Mr. Shin daughters to your room while we're waiting for food? I'll call you guys when the food is ready. We'll just talk here" Her father said.

"Yes Daddy"

The three went up to Yeji's room, Yuna is the first one to enter the room and adored her unnie's room.

"Your room is so cute unnie! Can I sleep here? please?" Yuna said excitedly while bashing her eyes cutely. Yeji chuckled at her request and nod her head.

"Ofcourse you can, just text me first when you want to have a sleepover" Yeji said. Yuna smiled at her sweetly before she explore the room.

Yeji's room has a large space but it has simple design. Her walls are painted in gray and there's a lot of pictures hanging in the wall. Ryujin look at the pictures and there's one picture that caught her eyes.

It's a picture of two little girls playing in the playground. It was a stolen picture, the two little girls were smiling to each other while playing, well the smaller girl was smiling showing her whisker smile. It made Ryujin smile knowing that the older girl has a photo of them while her? she doesn't have one.
