Chapter 16: Toxic pt. 2

Yeji is walking towards the gymnasium for her PE class. She was texting Ryujin about her whereabouts and doings when she noticed a shadow on her side.

She got really nervous when Yeji saw it was Karina, giving her a smile that could totally melt her heart.

"Karina? What are you doing?" Yeji asked and grope on her bag uncomfortably, walking a little bit faster. She's really nervous right now because Ryujin might see them together and it's not really a good thing.

"Is it bad to walk with you? I'm going to gymnasium too." Karina simply said

"No, not really" Yeji muttered

"You seem really nervous. Ryujin will get mad if she saw us together right?"

"Yes, can you please stay away from me? I'm begging you."

"Break up with her Yeji before she breaks you." Karina said stopping on her tracks and turn to face Yeji.

"Ryujin loves me as much as I love her. We love each other." Yeji said looking at her eyes directly.

"I hope she really do" Karina smiled and left Yeji to enter the gymnasium first.

I know something that you don't and you'll find out sooner or later.

Unknown to the two there's a pair of eyes that glaring at them.

Yeji followed in the gym and went to her classmates. They did some warm up before the they start the class.

After the whole day class Yeji decided to go at her girlfriend's house. After she parked her car at the front, Yeji immediately went inside the house. She saw Ryujin sitting on the couch with her phone.

"Baby I'm home" she said and dropped her bag on the ground and sit beside Ryujin.

But the younger girl didn't even spare a glance on her. It's like she didn't hear her at all.

It made Yeji confused for as long as she know she has nothing done something that would make Ryujin sad or mad. She shifted closer and about to wrapped her arms to Ryujin's waist but the younger stand and went directly to the kitchen without talking or glancing at her.

Now I am sure I've done something she didn't like.

Yeji followed Ryujin to the kitchen and find that she's drinking glass of water.

"Babe, what's wrong?" She asked gently to Ryujin but the younger one just look at her and then back to her phone again.

Yeji just sighed and drink the glass of water that Ryujin just filled. After she drank it, Yeji faced Ryujin again.

"What's wrong with you? I'm not a mind reader Ryujin so please tell me what I did that make you go like this" Yeji try to remain calm even she's so pissed off. She had enough of Ryujin's antics.

"Didn't I tell you to stay away from Karina? or if she's coming to you avoid her. Don't talk to her!" Ryujin said shouting at Yeji.

"What? I did my best to avoid her. I even gave up my position on student council for you, gave you a lot of assurance that you need" Yeji said in the most calm tone she have. She's trying her best not to join Ryujin in her worst mood. She don't want the problem to get bigger.

"If you did your best then I shouldn't have saw you talking to each earlier." Ryujin replied.

"Ryujin, that's just only one time we just talked for like 30 seconds and it's just coincidence that she's going to gymnasium too" Yeji said still on her calm tone.
