Kate closed the door behind her and walked over to a small couch and sat down. She turns on the television with the remote. Netflix turned up and she starts A random movie. Kate felt hungry, she searched on her phone for a small food restaurant who deliver. A small pizza house nearby. 'Alright then.' she mumbles. Kate ordered a random pizza. It didn't matter and promised to meet the deliverer downstairs outside the hotel. Aren't she even allowed to order food and eat it in the hotel? Who cares. She felt her chest and something is off. Her heart raised and she gasped. 'No, no where is my necklace.' She calls out and starts searching her bag.

She throws all her stuff out, her wallet and other thing. She stops, it's not in there! Kate stresses and looks in the bathroom. She looks at her jewellery box, also not the necklace. Kate walks to the bed and pulled the covers off. Nothing! This can be, did I lost it at the track. I hope not! She searches the couch, she looked between it and under it. Nothing still nothing. Calm down Kate, maybe the hotel found it during breakfast. Or maybe it got lost in the taxi, I lost it in the McLaren garage or...

Kate felt like she could pass out any minute. The delivery is coming and she's panicking, like a child who lost her parents in the IKEA. Kate felt a tear burning in her eye. Not now! Not now, she keeps repeating herself. Suddenly, Kate hears a loud bangs on her room door. Do they literally deliver at a room door in a hotel? She slowly walks to the door.

She trips over her suitcase,. 'For gods sake!' Kate shouted. She kicked the suitcase out of her way. She made her way to the door, she unlocked it and openend it. She recognised the person, oh boy, why is he here? She wondered.

Charles stood in front of her door. 'Hi.' She mumbles. 'Hi, what are you doing?' Charles said and glanced over her, looking at the mess she made. 'Is your boyfriend here?' Kate laughed awkwardly. 'No! I made a mess because I lost something, it also means a lot for me.' Her laughing chased by pain of sadness.

Charles noticed it and he stares at Kate. 'But what are you doing here?' Kate asked kindly. 'Good question.' Charles searched into his pocket and grabs something. In his hands he has a necklace with a pendant. Kate gasps and she felt shocked. 'Is this what you lost?' He questioned. Kate nodded at him. 'It must mean much for you.' Charles says and looks at it. 'I lost my dog, he meant a lot to me.' Charles studied the necklace and looked back at Kate. 'What kind of dog was He?' Charles asked curiously. 'Pug.'

Charles grins cutely. 'Cute dogs aren't they?' Kate nodded and smiled.  'You probably don't mind me hand it over to you.' Charles said and gave it back to her. Kate took it. 'The closure is broken, you better get a new one.' Charles suggested. 'Where did you find it?' Kate asked. 'The elevator.' He answers shortly. Phew she felt relieved and Charles gave it back himself? It must been hard for him to consider coming to my room. 'Thank you so much Charles, I was about to murder myself. You saved me for real. I really appreciate it Charles. How can I Thank you?' Kate said nicely.  'You're welcome, it's fine I don't need anything in return but thanks for asking.'

Kate enjoyed talking with Charles and he's acting nicer. Kate took it and felt a strong feeling of happiness. Her phone went off. 'The delivery.' She mumbles and Charles looked confused. 'Did you order food?' Kate nodded. 'Yea.' Charles grinned and moved away from her doorway.

'You know this is a hotel right?' Charles said stunned. 'Yea and I'm Dutch, we like to break rules.' Kate told him and Charles rolled his eyes. Kate forgot about the battle between Max and Charles. 'Sorry.' Kate apologies. 'Your not wrong, Dutchies are spicy.' Charles said funny. Kate grinned and grabbed her keys and slams the door close.

'Bon appétit.' Charles said and walked away. 'Bye.' Kate called after him and Charles looked back at her. He smiled at her. Kate followed him with her eyes and later he disappeared. She squeezed the pendant and made her way to the elevator.
