Rose POV

We got through the academy gates and got out of the car. It was the middle of the night so it was around lunch time in the moroi world. As soon I got out of the car I was surrounded by guardians but at least Lissa joined me in the middle of them.

- So Comrade you're taking us to Kirova.

- Headmistress Kirova but yes.

- Whatever.

And of course to humiliate Lissa even further they walked us straight through the commons full of students. She kept her head low but I raised it high, we were completely the opposite. We were lead to Kirova's office and once we came in she asked us to take a seat suddenly a tired voice came from one of the corners of the room.

- Lissa.

- Uncle, she said and went to hug him his scandovsky syndrome was getting really worse.

- Prince Victor Dashkov, I said respectfully.

- I'm sorry to disrupts this little family reunion but we have to take care of the matters at hand, said Kirova.

We took our seats and she started on a lecture about how irresponsible it was to take away the last of the Dragomir out of a heavily guarded school.

- As a royal Vasilissa is obligated to keep her education but you Rosemarie I could very well send you away for your stupid actions.

- Well if you did you would loose a valuable novice and were would you send me, to my mother in Peru or even to my moroi father, oh right you don't know who he is. What am I thinking you'll probably send me to be a blood whore am I close?

- I might as well send you in a commune I'm sure a lot of moroi would pay to drink from you, she said but from the corner of my eye I saw Dimitri flinch at what she said.

- They have the bond, came a Russian accented voice behind me.

- That's impossible there hasn't been on in centuries, said Kirova.

- From my brief observation I noticed that Rosemarie can feel what is feeling the princess even if they are not in the same room am I right Rose?

I slowly nodded, how the hell did he manage to figure that out, but the prince cut in.

- Fine you can stay but if you step one toe out of line you are out of this school for good, sighed Kirova.

With that we left and of course they were cruel enough to send us straight to class. Lissa and I parted ways and I went towards the gym Alberta and Dimitri behind me. I slowed my step to walk beside them.

- Sorry if I hurt you earlier, I said slowly.

- It's fine Rose just be careful with the other novice okay, asked Alberta.

- Sure so Comrade your pride isn't wounded to much.

- No Rose I was just very surprised that you managed to take me down so easily.
