I was a H cultist for over 3 months and it was pretty hard to break the chains of the strong glyph. Two vertical lines and a horizontal one in-between creates a strong foundation, and it cannot be destroyed in the minds of Redditors. You post H in r/TheLetterH, you get upvotes. This is the humor of millenials/genZ internet users, and the cult is so well-established that saying another letter will anger the redditors. One time a person said the letter G in Reddit and he got a lot of downvotes plus he got called a war criminal. G is condemned so much that people will say you will serve life imprisonment and ded. This proves that the letter H emits superiority over the Internet, and this also proves that the inequality of letter popularity exists.
The monopoly of one letter makes it overrated, and there should be a new competitor to balance the dominance of H. Although there are other letters that challenge H, these are no match. The letter E however was very popular but died out quickly. It is because, H. I cannot explain properly in the previous sentence therefore the best reason is H. Now that you got convinced that H is the sole superpower of the alphabet, it is time to expose the horrible events caused by one letter. Because the letter got memefied, a lot of people will never see H the same way ever again. And there are claims of PTSD from certain YouTube commenters in the Random Typek's second H video.
Now, how did I got rid of the letter H from my brain? Well, first of all I got introduced to Discord, and I saw that people (specifically Finnish and Eastern European people) say æ a lot and I do not understand why æ so I join with them and even name certain places in our Minecraft server as "æ". The problem is you need to type a keyboard shortcut for that to be typed. You need to press CTRL+SHIFT+& + a or A, and that is too complicated, that it forced some people to type "ae" instead, but "ae" is not a singular letter because these are two different characters. You can type "æ" easily on the mobile keyboard, you just hold the letter a, and slide to "æ" on the popout, but these Europeans use PC more often so the letter "æ" cannot be popular, although it helped getting rid of the Reddit influence of H. The letter Æ is not famous in Discord though, as it is only known by my friends and few other people. And since it's hard to spread Æ (ae) due to the fact that is a ligature, or two letters in one character, plus it would be unfamiliar to most of Asians, I am not motivated enough to participate in strengthening the popularity of Æ. Also if I try to spread it on Discord, it would become affiliated with Discord, a site with most of cringy and pedo mods.
But I should be thankful that "æ" was my alternative to H, but it's not a good idea.
