A year pasted. Everyone is now attending their 3rd year together. However the adventure isn't over. Wily returns and it seems the time for Mega Man is now.
Sunset: [Okay Mega Man, Twilight is busy at the moment so I'll be informing you on your next opponent.]
Mega Man: Sound good. So who am I up against?
Sunset: [The next Robot Master is Impact Man, a construction support robot manufactured by Nakaume Heavy Machinery, who was built to withstand the toughest working conditions, Impact Man mainly works on the foundations of construction projects. His body is made up of three independent pile driver robots who call themselves the Impact Brothers: Kui-ichiro, Kui-jiro, and Kui-saburo. He never hesitates, and always rushes to action. His motto is "Just push through!" so once he's accepted a job, nothing can stop him from smashing through in record time. Usually Kui-ichiro, the oldest of the Impact Brothers, takes control when they're combined into Impact Man, but sometimes the youngest, Kui-saburo, steps in when his big bro is worn out. Meanwhile, Kui-jiro is the unruly middle child and can't be trusted to take the reins. Since Dr. Wily stole and modified him, Impact Man continues to carry out his duties, but now he's rounded up a gang of construction robots and took up residence in an abandoned construction zone so he and his comrades could continue working on it.]
Mega Man: Alright, I'm going in.
Mega Man enters the construction site. There was many situations where the Speed Gear was most useful. He battled his way through the Impact Brothers and their construction comrades.

Mega Man sees the door to the next area, but it was high above a pit which he couldn't jump over.
Mega Man: Rush Coil!
Rush teleported and a coil platform emerges from his body, which Mega Man used to propel himself up to where the next door was.
Mega Man refuels thanks to Eddie. Inside the empty tunnel, the Impact Brothers converged together into the construction Robot Master.
Impact Man: I like to spike!
Impact Man's battle consists of a number of attacks in which he'll try to impale Mega Man with his drill spikes. Usually, he will dash across the room to try and ram into Mega Man with his spikes.
Impact Man: Don't move.
He dashed across the room to try and ram into Mega Man with his spikes. Mega Man dodges and switched into his new weapon.
Mega Man: Acid Barrier!
Mega Man puts up the barrier and fires acid at Impact Man.
Impact Man: Impact!
Mega Man jumps out of the way.
Impact Man: Transform!
Impact Man jumps and turns into a three-sided drill, after which he jumps across the room in an attempt to crush Mega Man. He'll also leave behind a spike wherever he land.
Impact Man: Punch! Pummel! PULVERIZE!
The last spike destroys the barrier. Oftentimes Impact Man tries to jump on Mega Man; due to his heavy weight, he can stun Mega Man when he lands. Mega Man puts up a new barrier and repeats his battle.
Impact Man: Impact!
Mega Man jumps and fires at him. Impact Man activates his Power Gear and jumps mid air.
Impact Man: Get it together! Spike formation, engage!
Impact Man turns into a gigantic jackhammer. In this form, Impact Man jumps around the room and generate massive explosions by slamming his enlarged spikes into the ground.
Impact Man (Jackhammer): HRAGH!
Mega Man barely dodges each explosion.
Impact Man (Jackhammer): THERE'S NO ESCAPE!
After doing it three times, Impact Man broke apart into nine Impact Brothers who will fly across. Impact Man respawns to his normal form and continues the battle.
With his weakness to acid, Mega Man puts up Acid Barrier once more and fires a projectile at him. Impact Man was defeated.
Impact Man: AAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!
A new weapon was received and Mega Man teleports to his next target.
