"Well you guys are doing better than most have been by this point, no wonder you're heroes in training," the doctor let out a sigh then continued, "we did a scan on your lungs and we have some bad news."

"The flowers growing in your lungs have thorns and those thorns have attached themselves into the walls of your lungs, so even if you wanted to get the surgery now, it would be extremely dangerous now. We have heard of people 'moving on' and the flower dies on its own."
Last night you had received a call, that your sister went missing.
"This medicine should help with any pain or nausea you guys may feel."
Bakugo took them and you walked out of the room deeming the conversation over and started to the hospital your sister was last seen at. Bakugo following closely behind.
When you got there someone unexpected was also there.
"Monoma the hell are you doing here?!"
"Wow, (Y/n), and here I thought we were friends, my bad," he faked offense, you are his favorite in class 1-A, "but to answer your question, I'm here for my work study, missing person."

You walked passed him and into the room and asking for her latest drawings. Upon touching the papers you saw blue and red marks. Blue for places she had been in and red for the person she deemed evil the same shade of red as the drawings with the evil smile. Telling you she had activated her quirk because she was scared and if something happened to her she knew you would be there, just like your mom.
Your sister and mom had the same quirk 'Blood past' It aloud the blood members of their family to touch whatever they activated their quirk on, you can see the markings of them and one other person in range of a 9 yard radius, there is no limit to how many times it's activated but they will all disappear within 48 hours.
One day your sister was attack by a villain who wanted to claim her quirk, you were with her. Your mother had called the police and guarded the both of you, that night you watched your mother die.
All for One, Nine, and Sin. All villains that could take quirks. Sin the one who attacked your sister that night, needs to drink at least a gallon of that persons blood to receive their quirk.
Midoriya's the only one that knows.
