"KaChan!" Midoriya called out to the boy running up to him.
"What!" He said right before coughing a bit.
"What's making (Y/n) sick!"
Bakugo froze, what was he supposed to do? Why was he asking him? "It none of your business!" It was his business, he's the cause, but you wouldn't want for him to think it was his fault since it technically wasn't.
People cannot control their feelings.
"It's every bit of my business she's my best friend!"
"Then why don't you ask her yourself."
"Because I'm scared of what she'll say...and you said don't let her know that I know"

"Please!?" His eyes started tearing up.
"Jeez don't fucking cry about it.. look um it's not my place to say.." He took a step towards Midoriya.
"..I know it has something to do with her lungs.." Midoriya lowered his head slightly wiping his eyes.
"..." Bakugo's eyes slightly widened, signifying that he was curious about how he knew.
"In class, more often then not she'll sit straight up like she's trying to breathe easier a-and she'll put her hands behind her head when she's walking and she used to do that when she was having trouble breathing, mostly after training.."
"..the only way she would have been able to live was to get surgery about two weeks ago at latest now it might just make it worse.."

"Yea uh sorry.."
Midoriya fell to knees crying, "damn it.." he push himself onto his butt and curled up to his knees silently crying into them.
Bakugo sat down next to him and put his hand on his shoulder.
"Her disease.. um well it cut up her lungs.."
"-and you?" He managed to get out.
"Yeah same here.."
