I looked to the side of Gon, the recognizable blondie we saw back at the cafe.
"Hey Gon, saw you walking out while I finished up my shift for the day. I considered I could walk with you until I get to my apartment." Mel grinned at Gon.
Gons mouth parted lightly then went into a smile. I glance at the smile he gave him for a little but ignored it shortly after.
"Oh sure! You can walk with Ki-Lucas and I" Gon chuckled awkwardly from the almost mess up. Mel raised his eyebrow slightly.
We all looked straight ahead of us, focusing on the pathway. It was a silent for a bit before Mel brought up another conversation.
"So..Gon..heard your dating a celebrity I see." Mel looked down at Gon.
I saw Gon turn his head to Mel.
"Oh..you have?" I heard from Gon.
"Yeah! You and that kil guy are a boomin couple across the internet right now...heh...I didn't expect you to come across a guy like that" Mel looked down and put his hands in his pant pockets.
Gon takes a quick glance at me then back at Mel
"Yeah..me neither" Gon giggled.
They were both chuckling, but I kept my eyes on the sidewalk in front of me.
"But how did you guys even meet? On the street somewhere? Someone said your doing it for money or some shit" Gon went quiet and I sneaked a glare at Mel
I looked from Mel to Gon, seeing him think of something.
"We just met on stage somewhere...got along and stuff you know" Gon had a small grin on his face.
Mel looked down at Gon and then away.
"To be honest..I thought you would've done it for the money...but guessing from your personality you wouldn't of done that" Mel shrugged. This dude...
It went quiet as we walked, until Mel started another conversation
"Did you hear about the recent basketball game happening around this area?..Gon?" Mel of course, said to Gon
"Yea! I'm going to it after my college classes this afternoon." Gon replied to him
"Oh that's great! Wanna go together? 2 of us buddies....unless your bringing the Lucas guy with you" Mel looked at me and I saw his eyes turn into a glare.
I start getting irritated, why is this guy so hooked up on Gon....well not saying I wanna be included with their shenanigans...I'm just feeling a bit left out.
I shooked my head once Gon turned to me for confirmation.
Mels mood suddenly lightens up and he looks at Gon, smiling.
"Well that's settled then..I can pick you up or..." he scratched the back of his neck.
"I'm probably going to be at my boyfriends house..but I'll most likely be at my apartment, I'll send the route to it." Gon replied
Gon pulled out his phone and sent Mel a route to his apartment. Thinking about it, I've never been to Gons apartment.
"Okay, thanks for the route, I'll be there at 5 pm!" Mel waved at Gon and put his hands into his pockets, walking off to the right.
"Now that was a nice conversation" I said sarcastically as if I was in the conversation one bit.
"Killua, you should of joined in on the conversationnnn" Gon whined and pouted.
