Truth Be Told

* FYI CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR MY VISION BOOK!

Peter now had everything that he wanted but at what cost? It cost Vision leaving, something that still felt raw to him even to today. He knows that it was Wanda's choice but he could only feel for the Android as he did everything to keep her safe and protect even after the Lagos accident, where Peter was still be trained under the eye of Fury, who demanded that Peter stay out of the conflict.

He slowly sat down at the table checking his emails for the day, like he would normally do before he heard a huge explosion from outside before a whole-host of shouting and screaming causing Peter to run to the window.

Peter - "Friday?"

FRIDAY - "Looks like something is attacking... Should I warn the others?"

Peter stood and thought for a moment did he really want to worry The Avengers now? After everything that they had been through. He thought against the idea and started to run towards the open window down the hallway.

Peter - "Friday let them know... But tell them that I've got it!"

Peter jumped out of the window hoping that it was some-kind a robbery that has accidentally turned into a explosion but boy was he wrong.

People ran down the streets of New York in full horror at what was happening, it was clear that it was an attack. Peter slowly came to a stop, when he noticed that it was the The Lizard and The Rhino who had just broke out of The Raft  they both looked straight at Peter and smiled.

Peter sighed before looking at them huffing.

Peter - "Right... What is it a tag-team? Thought WWE was not allowing any more recruits."

They both charged at him at the same time causing Peter to fling himself up in the air before being caught by The Lizard who threw him straight into a Bus, injuring Peter. He slowly got to his feet before thinking of a new idea which was keep his distance and web them up and try and get them to hit each other by accident.

Lizard - "Spider... We have been tasked with bringing you in!"

Peter looked at the pair confused after hearing that someone wants him to alive. He dropped down before he dodged to the side as The Lizard tried to grab him again.

Peter - "Who wants me?"

Rhino - "OSCORP!"

Peter stood frozen for a couple of seconds before it became the clear that the company that gave Peter his powers by accident, wanted Peter so they can run-tests on him. 

He grabbed Rhino before flinging him straight into the Lizard causing them to crash into each other.

Peter - "Tell Norman... That is offer is good and all but I'll pass-"

The Lizard looks straight at Peter, it was clear that they were not acting on the orders of Norman but some-one else all together and this frightened Peter because Oscorp is known to be a dodgy company but to have someone trying to take him down from the inside meaning that more threats like this will become more and more common. He sighed as he watched The Raft Officers arrive before leading Rhino and The Lizard back to the vans.

Lizard - "Beware Spider-Man! More will come and they will be stronger than us!"

Peter managed to get back to the Tower just as everyone started to hear the message that Friday had recorded for them, they were watching the coverage on live TV. It is clear that they watched as Peter battled both The Lizard and The Rhino, but something about it hurt Peter knowing that Oscorp was the one's that had actually sent them after him in the first place, it just felt rough for him as he didn't know they had that much power.

He spots Sam looking straight at him.

Sam - "Spider-Man EVERYONE!"

Everyone started to clap and cheer for Peter even Tony, who was impressed by the level of fight that Peter had gained under Fury. Even though it hurt him to admit it, Peter training under Fury was the best-thing for him. 

Wanda walks over and pulls him straight for a hug, it is clear that Peter was thinking about what the villains had said. She noticed that something was wrong also.

Wanda - "What is it?"

Peter remained frozen looking and trying to put the pieces together. At this point everyone got concerned, they had just lost Vision. They didn't to lose Peter as well... not again.

Peter - "Oscorp... They sent them, more will come..."

Wanda pulled Peter in for a hug before Steve shared a look with Tony. They knew exactly what this was about, in-fact they were putting steps in place to combat this ever since Peter arrived at The Avengers Tower as a member.

Tony - "Oscorp? Why?"

Peter - "I got my powers there... so they would want me back!"

Wanda - "Oh...My...God..."

Peter stood in Stark's lab, it was officially that had located Vision or Tony has, he was training under Fury something which stark was impressed by but knew that Vision leaving was for his own good.

Tony hooked Peter up to a machine, everyone watched as it started to take a blood sample from Peter before comparing it with the Oscorp spiders knowing that something had to be done, even if that meant putting Wanda and Peter into hiding for a while, he was going to do anything to keep him safe as he was the heir to Stark's whole empire.

Tony - "So kid..."

Peter looked at Tony almost frightened at what his mentor is about to say, but he knew whatever happened it was going to be the best for him.

Tony - "I got a way for you to get away from this..."

Peter - "I'm not leaving Wanda... Not again...."

Tony - "That's why you both are going into hiding for a while so that we can roundup Oscorp and find out who is behind that attack! Cause you being here will only bring danger-".

Wanda and Peter shared a look of knowing that they have to go along with this to keep each other safe.

Peter got up before looking straight at Tony.

Peter - "When are we going?"
