Agatha, Rhino and Electro have launched a full blown assault on New York City, it was clear that they are drawing Spider-Man out of hiding so that Agatha can complete the plan that she was sent to do.
Rhino - "Are you sure that he will come?"
Agatha snapped straight back at him, it was clear that she was not enjoying life at the moment as it was clear that if she didn't fulfil her mission then she would die. So Agatha knew that she needed to kill Peter so that nothing else happens to her or Wanda.

Peter stood around a table looking at a scene of destruction that was being caused by the Terrible Three. The other Avengers were looking at Peter and Wanda knowing that they have dealt with all three of them at some-point in their life.
Tony - "Kid... What's the plan?"
Peter looked at Tony shocked that he had asked him about the plan. Peter knew that something bigger was at play as they are not that stupid, well Rhino was debatable but it was a trap and Peter knew that.
He turned to face Wanda and the others.
Peter - "Right... This is a trap, Cap, Katiness and Widow you take on Rhino. While Thor and Mr Stark take on Electro.
Wanda looked at Peter knowing what that means. She frowned at him knowing that he would be facing Agatha.
Peter - "While Me, Vis and Wanda take on Agatha."
Thor - "You heard the Man Of Spiders... Let's do this!
Everyone started to make their way to the elevator before Wanda threw her hands around Peter, she was nervous and frightened at that prospect but even more frightened because she knew that Agatha would have a more of a grip on her powers.
Wanda - "What ever happens I love you..."
Peter - "I love you too..."

The Avengers arrived on the scene as Peter had planned it was a trap and soon they were separated with Thor and Tony face to face with Electro, while the others came face to face with Wanda and Rhino.
Cap took a step forward.
Cap - "It's over... Just give up!"
Agatha and Rhino just look at the Avengers before Rhino charges at them while Wanda could sense the fear and darkness inside of Agatha it was like she was torn between Good and Bad.
But Rhino separates everyone expect Peter who just looks straight at Agatha who slowly floats down looking straight at Peter.
Agatha - "Peter... Peter... Peter"
Peter - "Agatha... Strange how you run into people in New York!"
Agatha - "I don't want to do this Peter..."
She starts to use her magic to drain Peter's life engery but before she could do anything more she was knocked to the floor breaking the spell.
Wanda and Vision both rush over to Peter.
Vision - "You good Mr Parker?"
Peter nods before getting to his feet. Agatha starts to float again this time with intent, intent of causing death and destruction.
Agatha - "Look... I didn't want to do this... But Peter it's time to die!"
Wanda looked at Peter the horror in her face became clear, that Agatha's plan was playing out exactly how she wanted it.
