Mikasa stood in trouble, she had three soldiers turn round and saw her. One female and two males. The female was asking if she was the daughter of a captain or something while one of the males grabbed Mikasa arm. The last one asking if she was playing hide and seek, treating her as the child she looked to be while Mikasa frowned.

She tried getting out of the male hold, she was trying to hide and keep a down low but these three were making everyone around turn to her. She'll be spotted by the wiredo who kidnapped her earlier, he'll clearly check to see what all the disturbance was if she was near by.

"Let me go!" Mikasa yelled, trying to pull away from the guy grip and kicking at his shin making him help in pain as she stumbled back. 

"Yikes, she couldn't have kicked that hard man" The female sighed as she looked to her friend on the ground who held his leg in pain, rubbing at his sour shin where Mikasa kicked. 

"Yeesh, she can't be human for kicking so hard" The guy replied, sitting up and leaving a hand over his shin. 

"How can a kid like her even be in the base, this is just unfair. Why do captains or higher ups get to bend the rules but I can't even get a day off more than once a month" The other male grumbled, grabbing at Mikasa arm and yanking her forward. 

"DON'T YOU TOUCH HER!"

Mikasa froze as the voice filled the air, her eyes growing wide as the guy who held her arm in a tight grip soon went crashing down after a fist met with his cheek. Mikasa turned as Furlan stood furious, a murderous rage in her eyes as he looked to the guy. 

"F-Furlan, I'm okay .. I'm all right. He didn't do anything by grab my arm and vent out his anger. It's fine" Mikasa quickly spoke, stepping forward and grabbing at Furlan arm, pulling on it to make him turn to him.

"Mikasa! Are you okay, did he hurt you .. did they do anything. Oh man, why are you out. Did something happen?" Furlan asked like a worried mother, turning to Mikasa and kneeling down before her. Taking Mikasa hands in his own and giving them a worried but comforting squeeze.

"Nothing happened, I was just hiding in the crowd after some big sniffing weirdo kidnapped me and I escaped. The only injury I got was when he slammed a door on my head" Mikasa answered as Furlan stared at her horrified. 

"WHAT!" Furlan cried out, pulling Mikasa into a tight hug and letting a small breath of relief out over her being safe for now. 

"Shouldn't you be with Levi, why aren't you in the woods?" Mikasa asked as she broke from the hug, tilting her head to the side as Furlan kept his hands on her shoulders. 

"I was heading back to check on you, I noticed the guy grabbing you and rushed over. Come on, let's find Levi and tell him what happened. Are you sure you're okay? You're not lying to me, right?" Furlan sighed, worry written all over his face as he looked to her.

"I'm fine but I won't be if we see Levi" Mikasa answered, glancing to her socks that were no longer pure white and covered in mud and sand. 

"Come on, I'll carry you until we find him. I'm sure he'll be more worried over you than the state of your socks .. well, maybe just don't move much to show the state of your socks" Furlan replied, nodding for her to jump on his back and let her carry him.
