As the flight reached it's destination, I thought of each and every way delaying the inevitable.

I just hope the flight would take a few more minutes or what if the time suddenly stopped and I could just run away, it would be so much fun. Or more better if suddenly an alien spaceship comes. There's no way I can stop it, is there?

Sigh. The flight is about to reach El Granada. My home town.

The place that holds all the memories, good and bitter both. Memories, it's ironic how we love the memories of certain people but hate the same people. How people leave but the memories always stay. How much power a single memory has, it can make or break us. It's funny how we try so hard to get rid of them but they just stay there and when we try to remember something so bad, but it fades away.

"Tamyra? We have reached." Lost in my train of thoughts I don't realise that the flight has landed. Shaking my head trying to get those thoughts out of my mind, I make my way towards the door. Outside, Mason my father's assistant is waiting for us. We get in the car silently. Looks like no one is in the mood to talk, after all it's 5 in the damn morning.

I take that as my cue to zone out. You guys already know who I am and what happened earlier. Sigh. It's messed up. Well, moving on, El Granada is my home town, it's 25 miles from San Francisco. The town is practically owned by the trio- De Luca's, Fiori's and Romanov's. They also own The Lucella Academy, the best academy in the whole country. You might be thinking about what a fool I am to not study there, well you'll soon see why. It's just crazy. I zoned back due to the car coming to a stop. Just as I step out Mason calls my name, I turn around.

"Mr. De Luca has asked for you to come to his office." , nodding my head at him I go straight to his office. If he has called me this early then I can only guess how sweet the reunion is going to be, I roll my eyes at that though, oh the sarcasm.

Getting out of his office I go towards my room. Damn, it was boringgggggg, I could hardly keep my eyes open. He said about how a small mistake of mine would ruin his image and I should be perfect and blah blah blah. I reach my room and notice the room opposite to mine. Before I could stop myself, my feet bring me to the room. The name was beautifully carved in the golden name plate. I brush my fingers over the name, the tears threaten to fall, I blink several times to clear my vision. Shaking my head I go to my room and fall face first on to the bed. The tiredness and jet lag kicking in, I let the darkness envelop me.
