Truth pt 2

Jungkook pov:
I slide on my shoes and make my way down the stairs as quietly as possibly not wanting to wake hyung he would kill me if he saw me sneaking out of the house at 1:23 am I may be 21 but hyung still treats me like a kid. I open the door as quietly as possible and make my way towards the park I get there after about 15 minutes I was about to message Tae asking where he was when I see a figure laying in the meadow staring blankly at the sky, I walk over quietly and lay down next to him not wanting to scare him I softly put my hand on his own frowning slightly at how cold it was, how long have you been out here?

You are freezing Tae... do you even feel it?, I was about to retract my hand after not receiving a reaction, I stop feeling him slowly and gently intertwine our fingers. We lay there in comfortable silence before he speaks, " can you believe our date was a month ago" he chuckles lightly bringing a smile to my face "you know Jimin expected us to be together after the first week I heard they all placed bets on it" I frown and turn my head to face him he does the same we giggle lightly thinking about our friends, " to be honest I thought we would be together by now too" I say bravely not wanting to waste anymore time

I notice the confusion in his face so I speak again " Tae I've always been quite a cold person well since I was diagnosed anyways but as soon as I met you I didn't feel cold anymore it was like you just came and warmed me up Namjoon hyung was so confused at how I could just change over night" I let out a small chuckle before continuing " I really really like you Tae I have done since the moment I saw you rushing into the elevator sweat dripping off your forehead breathing heavily like you had run a marathon clothes all messed up from how rushed you were" we both giggle at the memory

" I... I..love you Tae I'm sorry it's taken me so long to confess, why did we wait so long? Time doesn't wait for people like you and me why did we wait so long? I look into his eyes tears brimming at the sides " I could look into your eyes forever there's a whole other world in them" he gives me a small smile before he does something that surprises me.

Taehyungs POV:
" I could look into your eyes forever there's a whole other world in them" just do it Tae you know you want to, he loves you he said it himself. just do it  I move my hand closer to his face stroking his cheek gently before leaning in and placing a soft kiss on his lips one full of love and hope it was gentle and soft his lips moved perfectly against mine butterflies grew in my stomach, it felt like fireworks like everything  finally made sense I tear leaves my eye as I slowly pull away I open my eyes to see him looking back at me with heart felt eyes he leans back in

I close my eyes this one harsher and more lustful than the last he grabs the back of my neck deepening the kiss, I'm addicted to his lips it's like they were perfectly made for me we pull away only when our lungs demand oxygen.

3rd person POV:

They pull away staring into eachothers eyes speaking a thousand unspoken words Tae straddles him  his arms lazily draped of Jungkooks shoulders while his arms are wrapped around Taes petit frame, foreheads gently pressed together, " I'm sorry" Tae softly whispers, " I know" Jungkook replies. " how much did you hear?" He asks anxiously " everything" Jungkook replies simply sadness prominent in his voice Taehyung sighs removing his forehead to look into Jungkooks eyes seeing them glossy and teary another tear slips down his face Jungkook wipes it away caressing his cheek softly

" it's okay it's okay I understand but Tae .... we have to tell the others" " n-no, n-no Jungkook they can't know... I want them to remember me happy and strong I don't want them to see me weak." "Tae they can see it too, we all know that there is something wrong, baby you can't keep this from Jimin. Please you have to speak to us baby...please don't shut us out please, please just let us help you" Jungkook sobs silently letting his tears fall his breath becomes hitched as he tries to control his sobs. Tae brings his hands either side of Jungkooks face squishing his cheeks slightly " hey shhhh shh it's okay I'm right here" Tae calms him placing a gentle peck on his lips " it's okay I'm right here I'm sorry I didn't tell you I love you Jungkook so so much I will let you help me okay" Tae smiles sadly at him and Jungkook looks at him eyes red and puffy he places another kiss on his lips and then his forehead before snuggling into Taes neck

"Thankyou , Thankyou baby I promise I will love till then end and even after that I love you Tae and I will help you tell everyone okay" he nods into my neck. They stay there for sometime just sitting in eachother embrace, before Tae speaks up again " Jungkook... I'm scared....I don't want to go anymore I want to stay and be happy with you" Taehyung pleads to Jungkook he lets out a muffled cry in his neck not caring about wetting his shirt, " I know baby I know it's okay" Jungkook rubs his back soothingly while tears fall down his own cheeks hearing his love be in such distress. " can I tell you a story Jungkook" he nods, before Taehyung starts they move into a more comfortable position they lay on the grass together

Taehyung rests his head on Jungkooks chest one arm around his waist, Jungkook rest his head on one of his arms while the other protectively wrapped around Tae drawing small circles on his back. " I was three when my grandma died I didn't understand then so my eomma told me that when we die we become starts so our loved ones can see us and talk to us. Do you believe that we become stars when we die kookie?" Jungkook knows what Tae was indirectly asking so he kissed the top of his head and answered, " you will become the brightest star my love, you will light up the entire sky and I will see you every night and talk to you until I too become a star and then we can meet in the stars where we will be together forever" Taehyung nods softly " I want to go home it's cold kookie" Jungkook nods before gently helping Tae stand to his feet, " come love I will stay with you" Jungkook smiles at him sadly taking his hand where they walk in silence to Taehyungs house.

When they reach the house Tae opens the door before taking off his jacket and shoes Jungkook does the same, he takes Jungkooks hand before gently guiding him to his bedroom, once in they don't bother changing seen as they were in comfortable clothes they climb into his bed and Jungkook wraps him arms around Taehyungs waist while Tae nuzzles  his head in Jungkooks chest, Jungkook whispers sweet nothings in his ear occasionally kissing the top of his head before he hears soft snores coming from the other he sighs deeply and his grip on Taehyung becomes tighter as tears once again fall from his eyes " please don't leave me Tae I love you" Jungkook cried himself to sleep that night holding his love in his embrace.
