3rd person POV: 1 month later

Jungkook and Namjoon are sat in Dr wangs office, he wanted them to come in after Namjoon called him saying Jungkooks condition was getting worse " I think we should do the operation" suho says holding his hands leaning on his desk looking at the two boys, " but I thought you said it was too risky and that if you tried to remove it he could die?" Namjoon replies worriedly, suho sighs before replying "yes I did and it's true it a very dangerous operation but we can't just leave it, it could cause some serious damage it's already pushing on some of his nerves if we don't do something, his speach, sight,memory and movement could all be affected.

"No you can't do the operation I'm not letting you kill him!" Namjoon says defensively "hyung if they do the operation there's a very big chance that I will die, but if they don't then I'm going to die anyways I will just suffer more first please I don't want to even think about losing my memory or not being able to speak to you, I'm not just going to sit there a wither infront of you dying before your eyes, if there's a chance to prolong my life don't you want to take it?" Jungkook says trying to reason with him Namjoon sighs and nods

" how soon do we have to do it" Namjoon says looking up at suho with teary eyes, " as soon as possible we don't have much time to waste if his condition is as bad as you say it is, I can have him booked in for two days time .... the....the survival rate for a paitent in your case ....is less than 20%Namjoon scoffs and shakes his head, " and you still want to do it to him?!" He asks in disbelief

" I wouldn't suggest it unless I deemed it necessary Namjoon" suho says calmly, " hey hyung it's alright we've prepared for this okay don't worry and if the worst does happen don't be sad okay think of me happy I will get to see Tae again" Jungkook says smiling sadly at Namjoon who just sighs looking down, " alright let's do the operation"

They leave the hospital and go home wondering how they will tell the others, they reach home and are bombarded with questions of concern the second they step through the door. " guys relax go and sit down and we will tell you everything" Jungkook says chucking at their behaviour, Namjoon and Jungkook follow them into the living room where they are patiently waiting for them to tell them what happened at the hospital. " so I guess things have gotten worse..." Jungkook starts rubbing his sweaty palms on his jeans the the others gasp and look at him glossy eyed

" they want to do this operation it's dangerous like super dangerous I literally have a 20% chance of surviving b- "what?!? Are you crazy! No way are we letting you have that operation!" Yoongi bursts out in anger surprising everyone, they all look at the usually emotionless face shocked to see and angry crying one, " yoongi I- "No jungkook just don't!" Yoongi cuts him storming off slamming his bedroom door

"well that was rude he didn't even let me finish" Jungkook mutters under his breath "Jungkook what were you going to say?" Jimin asks tightly grasping Hobis hand, " if they don't do the operation I will get worse, there's a risk I will lose my memory, my sight, my ability to move and speak, I don't want to live that way and die slowly infront of you I can't let you guys go through that again... not again, and so if this operation kills me it will be quick with no pain and you won't see me wither infront of your eyes.... I'm having the operation.... in two days" "what?!?, two days! That's all we get?" Jimin says now crying, he and Jungkook grew a lot closer this past month remembering and telling different stories of Taehyung often looking up at the stars together watching a particularly bright star that shines brighter than the rest, that was Tae they knew it was

" I'm sorry Jimin they want to do the operation as soon as possible if they wait any longer it will become even more risky... I hope you understand.... and I hope you can try and get yoongi to understand too.. I'm gonna go sleep for abit I'm super tired after having all those tests done today" Jungkook says before getting up heading to his room he sleeps in one of Taehyungs old jumpers still finding comfort in them.
