Sorting had gone by quickly this year then Dumbledore came up to announce lupin as the new professor of d.a.d.a. "we have a few things this year. First we will all welcome defence against the dark arts professor remus lupin."

Pause for applause.

"And secondly we have our very own Hagrid as head of magical beasts class."

There is applause again.

"And for those of you that have not heard. Hogwarts will play host to the dementors of Azkaban this year, as they attempt to search the ground for Sirius Black."

There is a pause of silence.

"I must warn you children. Dementors are not likely to act out but they are relentless when aggressed. Do nothing to give them any reason to harm you."

then everyone eats dinner.

Draco looks at harry. "They have Hagrid teaching classes now? What's next?"

"Dementors in the school?" Jade says. "Just like the one on the train." She looks around cautious. "Do they really think black can get into the school?"

"It's impossible." Draco says. "Father said the school protects against dark wizards from entering."

"Voldemort was here though." Harry says. "On Quirrell's head our first year."

Draco also knew his dad had visited the school on several occasions. Plus snape was there as well. "Maybe it's not as safe as they keep saying."

"Plus Tom as a teen 30 years ago and his diary returning last year." Jade adds. "Bad things and bad people have been in and out of hogwarts for years."

They exchange worried glances.

Later that night all head to the common room down in the dungeons of the school. When they arrive they unpack their schools supplies from their cases and start to put their belongings away. Jade appears in the doorway of the boys dorms looking upset.

"Jade?" Harry asks. "Are you done unpacking already?"

Jade shakes her head. "My truck was ransacked. Somebody took that parchment with my family tree written on it. Somebody knows!?"

Draco and Harry both abandon their trunks half completed and rush to help jade.

They get to the girls room and find her belongings all scattered across the floor and bed. "Who would do this?" Harry asks.

Soon they got their answer.

Downstairs faith spiritwalker was drawing crowds of students to look at a parchment she had found.

Harry and Draco had gone down to see if maybe Jade had just dropped the parchment. They saw the crowd. "What's everyone staring at?" Draco asks, making his way through the students.

"She has bad blood." Faith is explaining. Look at this?"

Some students didn't care much, those were the kids who had death eaters for their parents.

The other students were disgusted and couldn't believe they shared a common room with such a horrible person.

"Hey!" Draco says snatching the parchment. "That is private!"

"Malfoy." Faith snickers. "Come to stand up for your little no blood girlfriend?"

Draco is furious. "How dare you!?"

"How dare I what?" Faith says. "These people have a right to know."

"It's her business alone." Draco says handing the parchment to harry. "You have to stop this jealousy thing."
