jaemin and jeno were having a walk at night, hand in hand, jaemin couldn't control his smile.
jeno noticed jaemin's cheeks rising while jeno caressed his hand.
"what?" jeno stopped walking and looked at jaemin.
jaemin shook his head and looked away.
"tell me, what is it?" jeno asked.
"i just... you know... after all those years of waiting and hoping, you're finally here again. you're in my arms. i just can't, believe this." jaemin said.
jeno smiled and held his hand tightly and kissed the top of it. "and i'm not planning on letting go."
it was really late and there were no vehicle around, so jaemin didn't care if he's in the middle of the road.
jaemin chuckled and remembered a memory.
"do you remember when jisung caught a bee in high school but he didn't know that it stings people, so he didn't let go of it?" jaemin laughed.
"how could i forget about that? he became famous for that. he even met chenle because of his dumbness." jeno laughed along with jaemin.
as they were reminiscing about their high school life, jeno suddenly stared into jaemin's eyes.
"why? do i have something in my face?" jaemin asked as he tried to find the reason why jeno was looking at him.
jeno shook his head and smiled, "i just have the best memory in high school that i've always kept in my heart."
"really? what is it?"
"when you protected me from all those bully and you always stayed with me as much as you could for all those years."
"and for loving me no matter how i looked like." jeno added.
jaemin smiled and squeezed jeno's hand, "that's because i believe everybody looks beautiful and that nobody's ugly."
"you really got a heart of an angel, don't you?" jeno said as he put jaemin in his arms and swayed him side by side.
"i love you, na jaemin."
"i love you more, lee jeno."
