"what's wrong doctor lee?" the other doctor, taeyong asked him.

until on of the doctors, who is jeno close with, doyoung, realized, "please take doctor lee out of the room. NOW."

"what's happening?" taeyong asked.

"it's his boyfriend." doyoung responded.

"leave, doctor lee. we'll do our best to revive mr. na."

so they pulled him out from the emergency room.

"doctor taeyong... what do we do? he's the best we have in this field." doyoung said.

"i know, doctor kim. i know..."

jeno looked for haechan to ask him what happened.

he kneeled in front of haechan with his eyes full of pain and desperation. he cannot lose jaemin, not anymore. he wouldn't be able to pick himself up.

"h-haechan! what happened." jeno shaked as he asked.

"i... when i got inside, he passed out on the floor and i was trying everything to wake him up, but he wasn't moving and breathing. so i had to call 911-"

"you didn't try hard enough!" jeno screamed.

"jeno! why are you being like this?! jaemin is my fucking brother! he means so much to me as much as you do!" haechan said while wiping the tears that fell from his eyes.

jeno closed his eyes and sighed, "i'm sorry, haechan."

jeno out his hands on his hand, pain was all over him. he didn't understand what went wrong. he took care of jaemin in the best possible way he could. they were happy, incredibly happy. how did it come this way?

"i didn't know he still had that heart problem-" haechan was cut off by jeno looking at him aggressively.

"heart problem?" jeno asked.

haechan's jaw dropped. "he didn't tell you, did he?"

jeno just cried harder.

jaemin never told him anything because telling him would be pointless knowing he's still going to die whatever happens.

after hours of trying to save jaemin, another doctor came out from the emergency room and called jeno.

"what happened? is he okay? he's okay right? TELL ME HE'S FINE, DOYOUNG." jeno begged.

doyoung sighed and gave him a little smile and pulled him to the ER.

"he's now stable, but he's still unconscious."

jeno closed his eyes out of relief and walked up to jaemin. "you can't leave me, okay? stay with me. please, jaemin. i'm begging you. i want to have more years with you."

watching jaemin breathe makes him calm down.
