jaemin woke up by the door closing and a note on the bedside table.

hi babe, i'm going now. i didn't want to wake you because you were sleeping peacefully. stay safe, always. i love you. see you, when i will.

jaemin took one of jeno's shirts, got off the bed and opened the door. there jeno was walking on his way to the elevator.

"jeno!" jaemin screamed.

jeno looked back and jaemin came running to him and hugged him tightly.

jeno was surprised but still hugged him back and kissed the top of his head.

"i'll be back before you know it, babe. don't worry, i'll call you whenever i can, okay? make sure to lock the doors before you sleep or after you come home, lock them immediately. i won't be there to protect my little pudu," jeno laughed and ruffled jaemin's hair.

jaemin smiled and hugged him one last time, "have a safe trip, okay? call me once you get there, okay? and tell me where you're staying. also tell me if you-"

"okay, okay, get in there already," jeno laughed.

"don't forget to call me!" jaemin waved as jeno walked away.

when he bowed down, he realized his shadow wasn't moving the same way he's moving. he frowned when his shadow suddenly left him and went inside, so jaemin followed it.

it went inside their bathroom and jaemin slowly opened the door and a familiar guy was suddenly seen, sitting on the sink.

"oh, jaemin! it's about time!" the guy said.

"so? how do i end this stupid game?" jaemin asked the guy he saw at the bathroom of the amusement park.

"game? oh jaemin, a life is no game, sweetheart. firstly, make sure your brother doesn't see jeno. no worries if you fail, there's still another way. if they do see each other, make sure jeno never gets to talk to him or you for more than two minutes. because, remember, jaemin. that is not your brother he can see, but you. jeno still loves you, A LOT-"

"how did you know?" jaemin asked.

"have you forgotten? i know every human that exist, meaning i also know them personally. all of you."

jaemin nodded.

"because if they do talk more than the given time, you might never go back to your own bodies. and you'll be with jeno without knowing who you really are. and lastly, this is the most important part. you should be happy before you end this. because that's the main reason i exchanged you and your brother's bodies."

"but... how do i do all of these?" jaemin asked.

"go after jeno."

"WHAT?!"

"good luck, jaemin!" he said and disappeared.
