An Outing

Honey Lemon's POV

I was asleep when, suddenly, I feel a hand rubbing my arm and a kiss in my hair. Slowly, I wake up and the first thing I see are Tadashi's eyes which were warm and the color of hot chocolate. I couldn't help but smile.

"Morning, sleepyhead" he whispers

"Morning." I whisper back, nuzzling his cheek "What time is it?"

"It's 6 am, but since we don't have school we can take it slow today."

Well, I'd like to go back to my place to freshen up and you should probably do the same"

He sniffs himself and makes a face

"Oh you're right, so we meet up at like 12 at the lucky cat cafe? You know where that is?"

"Oh yeah I've seen that around it's not far from here"

"Don't get lost okay?" He said

I laugh

"I won't, don't worry!"

Then we stand up and walked to my dorm first. I turned around to face Tadashi

"Thank you Tadashi for last night, I really loved it"

"Hey, you're my girl and I'd do anything for my girl" he said, placing his hand on my waist

I give him a quick kiss

"See you at 12, Tadashi" I say

Tadashi's POV

I got to the lucky cat cafe and saw hiro and aunt cass standing by the entrance with a teasing look on their faces.

"So, how did it go?" Hiro asked

"It went well, actually. Thank you aunt cass for helping me" I said, looking at my aunt

She grinned

"Oh no my lil dashi is becoming a man!" She screams

"Quiet aunt cass, people are looking this way!" I whisper to her

"I DON'T CARE! Tell me all about it!"

"As much as I want to aunt cass, I can't right now I'm in a bit of a hurry. I'm freshening up before honey lemons gets here and you know how long I take when I get ready"

"Okay, okay but you're going to tell me later, okay?"

"Yeah aunt cass" I said, making my way towards the stairs

So I took a shower using the best smelling soap I had and, after the shower, sprayed cologne and put on my best blazer. So I looked at my watch and felt a wave of horror come over me.

"11:58" I whisper

I began to brush my teeth and comb my hair with lightning speed and I was running down the stairs when I suddenly remembered: my cap. I ran up the stairs again,got my cap and ran down the stairs, only to see honey waiting for me waiting for me. She was talking with aunt cass and hiro

"Honey! Honey, I'm so sorry for being late it's unlike me a-a-and I know if you're pissed I understand because I was just so bust getting ready and-"

"Woah, woah slow down! It's fine Tadashi, I'm not mad. You don't need to apologize" she said with a reassuring smile

"Ok, ok honey." I said, taking her hand

Honey Lemon's POV

"So, where to today?" I asked

"Anywhere you want. Just tell me, ok?"

I nodded giving him a smile

So all day we were just going to cute clothe stores, cafés and build- a- bear stations while Tadashi payed for everything.I felt bad that he was paying for all my stuff so I repaid him with a kiss each time.

"Thank you Tadashi" I would say, giving him a light kiss on his perfect lips

"Never a problem honey"

So to cap the day off, we went to the roof of a nearby mall and watched the sunset. We sat there in silence, basking in the beauty of it all.

"It's beautiful, I could just sit here forever" I said

"Now I don't know what's more beautiful, you or this sunset" Tadashi said, looking at me with a playful smile

I push him, laughing

"Really now?"

"Yes but right now, whenever you smile, you're more beautiful than one hundred sunsets" he says

"We'll whenever YOU smile, you make me feel hotter than a hundred sunsets"

He raised an eyebrow

I blush

"Oh shoot that sounded so wrong I'm sorry..." I said, starting to feel flustered

He wraps his arm around my shoulder

"It doesn't matter, thank you for that" he says, holding back a smile

"No problem Tadashi"

And we kissed there, bathing in the radiant light of the sunset
