Suddenly, she feels the chains in her feet opening. Her bones cracked back into place. It was kinda painful to get them off after three days with them pressing so hard on her feet. She turned back around to face Tom.
“Did I mention that you cheated on me too?” Rose said.
Tom’s eyes widened. ‘How did she know that?’ he thought. Someone must’ve told her.
“Yeah, I know,” she continued, “I went to your room, and I heard a girl inside with you. And I got so mad, because I skipped my study period, so I could be with you. And you chose to be with Chang. So every time after that I went and I heard her. And I never confronted you about it. I stuck with you. Now, give me my wand.”
Tom grabbed it from inside his robes and handed it to her, “I’m sorry, about everything.” he said with a sad smile.
She quickly ran throughout the path made by the statues of the giant snakes and, briefly, looked back to see Tom’s sad face and she stopped, “Once I leave, you’ll never control my dreams again, understood?”
“Yes.” he said sadly.
She resumed her way, but this time slower and steadier.

Rose looked around. She had kind of missed the Girl’s Bathroom.
“Myrtle!” Rose called out.
“Yes?” Moaning Myrtle came out of the bathroom stall.
Rose smiled very wide and sat near the lavatories.
“I’m just happy to see you!” she said, smiling yet with tears in her eyes.
Myrtle smiled and sat next to her. Rose stood and ran outside. She immediately saw Kyla. Rose had never felt this kind of relief. It was like a big load was discarded off her chest. She immediately hugged Kyla.
“Oh my god. You’re here!” Kyla took off her coat and gave it to Rose, who seemed cold, “Everyone was looking all over for you. You’re parents were called in and wouldn’t leave until they found you.”
“Where are they now?” Rose asked.
“Come with. I’ll show you.” Kyla said. She led Rose through a few corridor, gaining stares from many students. All surprised looks. Rose didn’t care all she wanted to do was see her parents and her friends.
Hermione and Ron were in McGonnagall’s office. They were pacing up and down the office. They were obviously nervous. Not being able to know if their daughter was alive, was killing them inside.
Rose walked in the office. She didn’t even bother to knock, she barged in smilingly. The moment they saw her, they gave her a bone-breaking hug. Then, Hermione backs away. She stared up and down Rose’s back. She then goes closer and looks down Rose’s shirt to see the dark blue markings down her back.
“What happened?” Hermione asked worriedly.
“Cruciatus curse.” Rose said quietly. Hermione had tears in her eyes and hugged Rose, much like she did in her first year.

“They found Rose,” Rachael and Alex drew near Scorpius, Rachael said, “We’re going to go see her now.”
Scorpius wanted Rose to be okay, but he wasn’t sure if he was ready to see her again. He felt so relieved, but at the same time scared.
“Is she okay?” he simply asked.
“She’s fine.” Alex replied.
“Did she say anything about–?” Scorpius couldn’t put it in words.
“Your kiss?” Rachael implied.
Scorpius blushed, “How’d you know?”
‘Had she talked about the kiss?’ he wondered, ‘Did she like it? Did she want another? Or was she scared that it wouldn’t be as good as the first?’
“The way you’ve been acting lately. Acting all worried about her. Of course, you kissed her,” Rachael affirmed, “She gave you the smallest sign of hope and you didn’t give up on her. You’re definitely better than Tom. He probably wouldn’t care!”
“You think so?” he asked shyly.
“Yes.” Alex smiled.

Rose laid in bed back facing up, while Madam Pomfrey checked her back for any problems. She stayed still and, in the back of her mind, she wondered if what she had said to Tom made it better or worse. Things were happening behind her, but she couldn't hear anything. She was deep in thought.
A blonde sat on the chair next to her bed, she didn't notice him until he spoke, "Hey."
"Hi." Rose said quietly.
They looked into each other's eyes for a few seconds. Scorpius came close to Rose to kiss her, for a second Rose did too. However, she started crying even before their lips touched. He stroked her back.
"I missed you." She wiped tears off her eyes.
He pushed her crazy, wild hair to the back of ear and kissed her cheek, "Have I told you that you look beautiful without make-up on?"
"No," she chuckled, "You're full of crap, you know that?"
"I'm not! I'm serious."
"I thought your name was Scorpius." both of them giggled.
He laid next to her and hugged her tightly. She cuddle back with him. She kissed his cheek. She couldn't bring herself to kiss him, on the lips like a normal teenager would. But all she did was cuddle and he cuddled back. He wasn't a shy guy, but somehow he couldn't bring himself to do it. He loved her and she loved him, but under the circumstances, they just stayed still, cuddling and resting.
"I think," Rose started and Scorpius looked at her, "I love you."
Where did that come from? She had never said that to any other guy, who wasn't Tom, and meant it. She meant it. She really loved him. Rose Weasley loved Scorpius Malfoy. And he loved her back. They felt safe in each other's arms.
Soon, Rose was asleep. She was exhausted, not from doing too much things that get one tired, but from all the BS that had happened. It was the first time, she had a full night of sleep without Tom disturbing her dreams, and the first time she had ever slept with Scorpius. It felt great. It felt peaceful It felt right. She knew she could trust Scorpius with being with her. She knew that he wouldn't be too demanding, he would give her freedom, he wouldn't cheat on her. She wouldn't cheat on him either. She found the right guy, finally.
