The whole of Hogwarts approached the bridge made by the Peverell brothers. Many of the students feared what they were witness, some were skeptical and believed this would all be a big joke that would embarass Rose for all of her life. Well, both sides were about to see what many had wished.
Everyone kneeled before the bridge and near the tree from which the Elder Wand was made of. They kneeled in between both. They all pointed their wands up. Light glimming off of each wand. It was a truly magical sight from far away. Rose rose a little bit from the kneeling position she was in. She was in front of everyone, her books and the prizes scattered along the floor. She took one last look at her research. All seemed correct. So she went on.
She opened her research book onto the page the chant was in. She was truly nervous. She sighed heavily of nervousness. She started, "Are you, are you, coming to the tree," she stopped for a second, no-one seemed to be helping her, yet she carried on, "where they strung up a man, they say who murdered three," she looked around, everyone's face was facing down, she felt like no-one was supporting her, "strange things did happen her, no stranger would it be if we met at mid-night at the Hanging Tree."
Finally some started joining her and quietly chanted along, "Are you, are you, coming to the tree, where a dead man called out for his love to flee. Strange things did happen her, no stranger would it be if we met at mid-night at the Hanging Tree."
The sky seemed to be getting darker, and thunder and lighting struck from afar, so more people joined in, "Are you, are you, coming to the tree, wear a necklace of hope side by side with me. Strange things did happen her, no stranger would it be if we met at mid-night at the Hanging Tree."
The lightning came closer and closer and more joined the others in the chant, "Are you, are you, coming to the tree where I told you to run, so we'd both be free. Strange things did happen her, no stranger would it be if we met at mid-night at the Hanging Tree."
Soon all of the school had joined in this repeatitive chant that seemed to have no ending. Rain started pouring down and fastly all were soaked, they continued for some 5 minutes until a skeleton-like cloaked figure flew nearby the students. It stopped the rain and the thunder and the sky became starry and the moon shined like the sun.
Rose stood up and approached the figure. It presented itself as Death and Rose greeted it as an old friend.
"We have things of yours that we'd like to give back," at that Death smiled mischieviously, but Rose swiftly carried on, "in exchange for something that belong to us."
Death grew serious, Death did not what to reply. Even though, Death knew exactly what Rose wanted, Death decided to ask her, "What do you want in return for what's rightfully mine?"
"I wanted people. Loved ones. Humans that matter to some and influenced every single one of us," Rose said in a proud manner.
Death smirked. Death no longer desired all of the things Rose had planted on the floor, however it desired something much more precious than them, "Are these the people that you want back?"
Death showed the ghosts of the many people Rose wanted, such as Albus Dumbledore, Severus Snape, Lily and James Potter, Fred Weasley, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, Nymphadora Tonks, Dobby, Alastor Moody, Cedric Diggory, Ariana Dumbledore, Hedwig and Lavander Brown.
Rose nodded furiously, Death beamed unknowingly, but attempted to sound indifferent, "Oh, but these people are worth a lot–"
"Yes, we are aware of that, so we decided to bring you the prizes you regretfully gave the Peverrel brothers. You want them, don't you?" Rose handed the cloak, the wand and the stone, which Death snatched them all from her hands with the speed of light.
Death grinned at was at last its, "There has been something else that I have been wanting the most for the past 17 years," Death said, "in exchange for all these people, I want," Death came closer to Rose, "your voice."
Gasps from all students boomed in Rose's mind. Rose took a moment, she paced up and down the wet grass. Rose did not anticipate this. Was her voice that precious that Death would want so badly. When she finally made her decision, she re-approached Death, "You can have my voice in exchange for every single one of these people."
"Sing for me," Death said with the brightest simper.
Rose started with a long note. Everyone was amazed as her voice both gave them shivers and lighted up when she sang. An enchanting blue light appeared surrounding Rose. Death the, grabbed down her throat for long four to five seconds and the blue light now surrounded Death's hand. Rose dropped to the floor and quickly passed out, not witnessing the rest of the scene. Death returned the promise and gave back the people from the Dead.

Rose was as pale as someone who was taken from the grave. She finally woke up after long hours of being out. She opened her eyes to see her parents and many other individuals surrounding her. Ron immediately gave Rose a bone-crushing hug, which was overthrown by Hermione moments later. A man with dark hair and a memorable moustache sat next to Rose's bed, "I know you can't speak, but my name is Sirius Black. And I would like to thank you for all of us for what you did out there."
He handed her a piece of paper. She took, and that moment, it showed written in the paper exactly what Rose had wanted to say but was unable to, "Did I really lose my voice?"
"I'm afraid you have, sweetie." said Lily from near where Harry was standing.
"What house are you in?" Sirius asked softly.
"Ravenclaw," the paper wrote for her.
Remus, Sirius and James exchanged looks. They truly believed those actions would be proof that she was nothing but Gryffindor.
