Kyla and David were searching very hard in the Forbidden Forest. Kyla was digging on a pile of leaves that seemed to be growing as she dug. David walked around with his wand lighting the way. They'd been there for hours, but their conversations didn't last longer than a few seconds. They consisted of no more than some 'have you found anything' and 'maybe this way we'll find it'. David tried to talk to Kyla, but she only kept to herself, mostly because she had been crushing on him and she was scared she was say the wrong thing. As mentioned before, prefectionist. Everything had to be perfect for them two!

"Let's take a break," said David sitting next to the pile of leaves Kyla was searching.

"I don't think we should," Kyla said, "the sooner we find it, the sooner we get to go back."

David stood back up and pulled Kyla back and pulled her back from the leaves and sat her down next to where he was sitting previously. He soon followed and sat next to her. He put his arm around her back and laid his head on her shoulder. Her cheeks went red and she swallowed and had a mini freak out session inside.

"Why don't you talk to me?" he asked softly.

"I do talk to you," she responded quietly and quickly.

"No, you always make it as fast as you can," he said, "it's like you don't enjoy being around me."

"I enjoy being around you," Kyla said, " a lot more than I should actually."

"Really? Because," David carried on speaking, while Kyla stared off into a little shiny, glistening stone on the ground hidden under some dusty leaves. She stood up and walked closer to inspect it.

"I found it!" Kyla shrieked loudly and hugged him as he stood up. Realizing what she was doing, she pulled away blushing. Thankfully, he didn't care. He stared into her eyes, which she was trying to hide, and kissed her and ran towards Hogwarts, leaving Kyla stunned in the middle of the Forbidden Forest.

It was a few hours until twilight, the time all the students would meet at the Bridge. Rose was sorting out all the bits and pieces she would need in order to get Death to appear. She went through the story for the thousandth time, just checking if she had missed something, which she didn't. The story was 'The Tale of Three Brothers'. It went something like:

"There were once three brothers who were traveling along a lonely winding road, at twilight. In time the brothers reached a river too tretorous to pass, but being taught in magical arts the three brothers waved their wands and made a bridge. before they could cross the bridge however, they found their path blocked by a hooded figure, it was Death, and he felt cheated, cheated because travelers would normally drown in the river. But Death was cunning, he pretended to congratulate the three brothers on their magic and said each had earn a prize for having been clever enough to evade him.

The oldest asked for a wand more powerful than any in existence, so Death fashioned him one from and elder tree that stood near-by. The second brother decided that he wanted to humiliate Death even further and asked for the power to recall loved ones from the grave, so Death plucked a stone from the river and offered it to him. Finally Death turned to the third brother, A humble man, he asked for something that would allow him to go forth from that place without being followed by Death, and so it was that Death reluctantly handed over his own cloak of invisibility.

The first brother travelled to a distant village, where with the elder wand in hand he killed a wizard with whom he had once quarreled. Drunk with the power that the elder wand had given him, he bragged over his invincibility. But that night another wizard stole the wand  and sit the brother’s throat for good measure and so Death took the first brother for his own.

The second brother journeyed to his home where he took the stone and turned it thrice in hand. To his delight, the girl who he had once hoped to marry before her ultimately death appeared before him, yet soon she turned sad and cold for she did not belong in the mortal world. Driven mad with hopeless longing the second brother killed himself to join her, and so Death took the second brother.

As for the third brother, Death searched for many years but was never able to find. Only when he attained a great age did the youngest brother shed the cloak of invisibility and give it to his son. he then greeted Death as an old friend and went with him gladly to parting is life, as equals."

She hadn't missed a thing. She had investigated the Peverell brothers thoroughly and knew more about them than they did of themselves. She specially investigated the second brother and his situation and his wife. She learnt that the wife had committed suicide. She also learnt that commits suicide, supposedly does not belong in the mortal world. With that she realized that she could revive people that were killed and wished not to be dead. They would age just as they were alive for all the time they were dead. They act exactly as expected. And finally they'd live exactly as they should. All she needed was to give Death what she desired the most, the brother's prizes. Rose would give back the wand, which she accio'd, the stone, which Kyla found, and the cloak, which James' stole from his father's office along with the Marauder's map.

She planned this out for over a year. She felt like a visionary, she knew exactly what was going to happen before it actualy did. She had studied every situation possible and she had found a solution for every single one of them. She had studied how Death would react and made a thorough profile of it. She made a plan to keep everyone safe. She had worked so hard, there was no room for unwanted surprises.

Everything would work out perfectly, just as planned.
