Mr. Bagchi - Wo to koi aur bhi ho skta hai na.. Your Honor if my client would have burnt Sharmi there would be Fire torch in his hands and his face would have been visible.. It seems like she saw Sharmi burning alive and two men passing by just like her , were talking to each other.
Bondita - I object your honor.

Bondita - Thank You your honor.. First of all Mr.Bagchi's story has a lot of loopholes.. I am sorry to say Mr. Bagchi but you should have worked more on your story.. Never mind I'll let you know your mistake. As per Mr.Bagchi's story if Gangaram has killed Sharmi he must have fire torch.. Isn't it possible that where he burnt her ,he must have threw the torch then and there itself.
Judge - You are right Mrs. Bondita.
Bondita-Lets assume what Mr.Bagchi said is truth, But if Sharmi would have committed suicide she wouldn't have shouted to save herself , but for now lets think that she realized the pain of committing suicide is a lot than what she thought ... 2 co incidences already.... Mrs. Das on last hearing said that two men were talking that she has failed to pay dowry so she should die.. I am right Mrs.Das?
Mrs.Das- Ji?
